I have an issue for my wooting 60he with wooting detachable usb-c coiled cable set.

Once I connected 60he via plugging the usb-c cable into usb-c 4.0 port on MSI x870e carbon. The pc will hard to boot up, I need to press power button multiple times. However, once I change it to USB-C 3.1 port, then it works fine without any boot issue.

Is this problem because wooting cable set does not support usb 4.0? Or is it just my motherboard problem?

Hello, I need help recovering my Wooting keyboard after a failed initialization.

This is my first time using a Wooting keyboard (60HE+). I plugged it in and the RGB lit up normally, and my PC detected it fine. I then opened the Wootility app and started the “Initialize Device” process.

However, my power went out during the update/firmware process. Now when I plug in the keyboard:

-The RGB does not turn on
-My PC still makes the USB connection sound when I plug it in
-Wootility (both app and web) no longer detect the keyboard and won’t allow me to initialize or recover it.

Under my devices, I see that there is a "Wooting Restore" but I cannot restore due to not being able to access the app. Is there anytbing I can do? Thank you!!!
