I feel like having more than 2 for me is too much

this is the way, human eyes can only see 24fps anyways. Save your energy bills 👀
If the human eyes can only see 24fps, I don't want to be watching every frame go by like a slideshow
why not try something different like this bad boy; a mouse that doubles down as an exfoliator or sumthn

They should have added a little fan to keep my palm cool
Boost my K/D by 10 points
This looks cool though real sleek
Is it magnesium?
carbon composite blend of carbon fiber and nylon, so pretty much a formula 1 car in the palm of your hand
ARYE RCC-1
Idk why more mouses don’t do a pinky lip
Or should I get that modular mouse
https://orbitalworks.co/products/pathfinder-mouse
I want this but its 190usd
...
Cant justify spending 300 cad for a mouse idek if ill enjoy more than my beastx
I want it cause it looks cool with the orange attachments
I still think one of the greatest mouse is the RAZER Naga V2

Too bad it weighs as much as a house
I wanna try it bevause it looks like yoi can make it wide asf
I’ve got a Naga V2 Pro. Only use it for MMOs these days.
I honestly didn't mind my razer Naga trinity
Was nice for rust
I relied so much on the side buttons for my games
Like I still jumble myself sometimes when using my number row
I used the side piece that had 6 side buttons
Used it for sens modifiers on rust, was very nice for running 4x ak
I used the number pad
Oh it has optical switches
Ah stupid fucks made the founders shell the purple color
Oh you can solder mechanical
the optional orange shell adds some pop to it but what's going on with the feet? lol
They give you 3 choices I think lol
oh yeah that makes sense but that photo is kinda bad
Yeah lol
Just buy the g502
Looks like someone understands
It deformed
Bro that thing weighs as much as a mountain
G502 in correct
Do you have your left mouse button finger longer than right one
I do a claw grip
@viscid bison @hazy fiber https://fxtwitter.com/ModsMouse/status/1979657199346684042

Is it limited drop
Or nah
nah might sell out for the first batch though
Might try one then
Wish it was sub 30g though
I think 30g - 35g for me is the sweet spot
Lowest i had was 36g on my beastx mini
Wanna try something thats around 20-25
using any other mouse is going to be a jumpscare moment after a few weeks with that
I really wanna see if the VV3 PMM mod has a similar speed to my Ulx if so thats a goated mouse
I have one around 18g the ninjutso sora v2 and I never use it lol
This is why id rather get a printer and make my own
All the schizo light mice are gonna be too skinny for me id imagine
Finger tip mice are wild to me
Yeah id want some sort of palm support
If i were to make my own itd definitely look schizo
Me eyeing that magnesium scroll wheel
But then seeing the cost
🥀
Never bought from them 😭
Fuck
PMM viper with magnesium scroll wheel would be goated combo with Ulx 😭
I might get this pulse
It’s either that or a limited run of a backpack I’ve been eyeing
It’s looking nice sucks it doesn’t have a magnesium wheel
I stg if I get a viper mod kit the wheel is being included and it makes me wanna smash my phone into the wall that I’d get it too considering kit is $130 already 😭
Part of me wants to just get a Beastx max with solid sides but if Maya x speed feels slow for fps then that’s already kind of a no go
Does the CF for the mods feel good atleast
The little rods inside?
the outside shell for the PMM kits
Oh yeh I get the ultra grip coating
since not all CF feels the same and can vary
Honestly it feels wrong to even attempt to betray the VV3P
Yeah, don't. I did it and now I regret.
It’s really smooth
1.0 was rougher for sure
is it worth the $130 ish
bc I just want something that can contend with my Ulx
and the viper clicks are still good enough
30g viper would be fire af if the CF doesnt feel bad
I haven’t regretted it once
might have to get it then
The one I do regret is the Cyber 4.0 but that’s a fingertip mouse
You can always get the pcb for mechanical switches
yeah i do not want mechanical
anything that isnt optical is just objectively wrong imo
kinda scarred from the pink huano dots tbh
theyre not terrible but i defintiely want opticals going forwards on all mice
Are they these?
maybe
I like these a lot
they're on the Ulx and they are competitive with my other mice, but they dont come close to the beastx opticals in terms of crispness
they're not bad, but sometimes I can feel it grind and it makes me want opticals again lmao
Maybe it’s time for the pathfinder
Whats like the lightest mouse you could get?
ive seen custom 3d printer mice that weigh like 10-13g
im sure someone out there made something sub 10g before
13g
get the Wallhack instead, it's the good kind of gooner art IMO
My god that print quality is abysmal
Resin printers are your friend for those kinds of things
My attempt at a usable 3D printed Ftip mouse came in at 19.00 grams exact
Specially curated for my specific grip style
Which is why I like it a lot
@viscid bison @hazy fiber apparently they’re working on a wireless version as well. op1w 4kv2
Anyone know of good options for 3-key qmk macropads?
I have one of those, absolutely amazing machine lol
ya, but the uncured resin is nasty and can cause severe chemical burns
Depends. If you have water based it's not harmful at all
I mean as long as you aren't like bathing in the stuff
The mean ones are the abs like resins
true
but the MSDS sheets for these resins makes them seem really nasty for your health if you dont wear gloves and whatnot
Oh yeah of course, I keep my printer in the garage with carbon filters to cut down on the smell
The only issue is that I have a heated tank, so I've woken up twice to find a ant or small bug dead in the tank
rip lol
How much will a budget one run me
300 for a solid one, 500 if you want the best one
300-500 bucks
assuming theres still skin left
Rip, see if elegoo has a Canadian warehouse
Hey now I have a lot of hair up there
might do you some good then
I haven't been scalped yet 😭
saturn is better in my personal opinion
They do
specifically the saturn 4 ultra (the one without the 16k LCD)
I have the Saturn, but honestly for budget, the mars isn't bad as an introductory
yeah but saturn is nice because it is a somewhat standard size
both mars and saturn will be fine for that yeah
saturn just being a bit bigger and a bit taller
Yeah, I think the main thing you need to look for with the newer one sis autoleveling
as far as print volume goes
ye
I had a older mars that was u think 250 at the time. Self leveling that thing was hell
Is there anything id need to buy alongside it, or would it come with resin
also there are some hidden costs with resin printing as well, like the cure station, the gallons of 99% Isopropanol you need to buy, and the resin
generally most resin printers dont come with resin
We already have gallons of iso so W
you need to buy that yourself
tbh it doesnt need to be 99% as long as its greater than 90% its probably fine
We get 99% by the 5 gallon pale
jeez LMAO
We use it a lot
Resin is like 20 for water based. You don't even need iso
Not bad
also buy like a pack of gloves
Maybe I get this for myself as a Christmas gift
you do not want to be handling the uncured resin with your bare hands
always wear gloves when handling uncured resin
Why not, carcinogenic?
no, worse, chemical burns
its also why you want to wear eye protection as well
cauz if it splashes and gets in your eyes you will have a very bad day
Already get enough fiberglass in my hands from work
Dont need chemical burns ontop of it
If you do the resin, start with water based because if you spill it it's super easy to clean up and it's good to learn with. If you spill some on your hands it's not the end of the world either with the water based. Once the print is done you can put it under boiling water to clean and soften the supports on it. Then just sit it in the sun for half an hour and it's good
Try it that way before dropping a bunch on curing stations and ultrasonic cleaners and everything
i'd still wear gloves though, even with water based
yeah, its very beginner friendly
but that is not to say you should avoid the others as well, feel free to use whatever resin you want as long as the printer can handle it.
Oh yeah of course
The issue with stuff like this is that you need to mess with stuff to make sure the print doesn't come out to brittle
Haven't looked into resin 3d printers before, just so im clear the resin ones use 0 filament correct?
Its just the resin
0 filament. Just uv resin
You can mix different hardnesses on the resin also to make different levels of flexibility
How long would a tank of resin last roughly
If i were doing like a few prints a month
Small stuff like a mouse for example
If it's just a few prints, probably a month or 2
In your case with the mouse, you'd be using more resin on the supports then the actual mouse
If anything my main concern with printing the mice would be if the actual print would be flexible enough to support it
@hazy fiber @viscid bison soldout
Wouldn't i want it to not be flexible
I mean when your clicking the mouse it's bending the resin enough to actually press that switch
It'd just entirely depend on how you cure the resin
Fuck it we ball @hazy fiber @viscid bison
Fire
should be at around 32g
i do wanna get one but idk
Ohno I used FDM for this one
With PLA
Getting the design to be FDM friendly was actually not too hard
Yeah, PLA is very stiff
solid is sold out
No, I designed this from scratch with FDM in mind
Thankfully pla is stiff and not super brittle like abs
Oh nice
Yee! I still have the Onshape document!
Damn nice! How is onshape? I can't say I've used it, only really used fusion 360
Onshape is nice for small assemblies and basic modeling in my opinion
It's a convenient tool because it works in the browser
But for larger projects I just use SolidWorks
It works in the browser? Damn I might need to check that out then
yeah onshape works in a browser
thats like its biggest selling point
If you're fine with the weight then I'd just keep it how it is
yeah im gonna be fine with my 60g mouse xd
I ordered the hot swappable pcb just now
must consoom
I like my blue switches ;-;
but yeah sometimes I consume like crazy lol
give me some money so i can consooom too
Need that mini
but it would be fun to try out a mouse thats 30g xd
is there a reason to pick the x2h crazylight over something like the scyrox v8
Only real difference would be feel, the scyrox is better in just all around value
any other suggestions? my budget is abt that price, 130~ish usd, dont wanna spend more than 150
my current main has been the superlight for like 5 years but time for an upgrade
I know some people hate it, I personally like the Logitech super light pro 2, especially with 25% if your a student. If you want magnesium for a different feel, the beast max isn't a bad option either
I don't like the feel of having holes all over my mouse, so I can't give a ton of insight on other options😭
can say ive been recommended lamzu a good amount
Hitscan Hyperlight with 8k dongle
dont know if its a newer brand
Lamzu is a good brand
Ninjutso Sora V2
that was an option but sold out would have to buy from another site or person
Pulsar X2/X2H Crazylight, Hitscan Hyperlight, Lamzu Maya X, WLmouse BeastX Pro, Razer Viper V3 Pro
heard about the lamzu inca too being a za13 copy
Yeah, they're similar. You can compare shapes here: https://www.eloshapes.com/
im up for any option aslong as the sensor doesnt bug out on a sp-004
Nice one! I wish I had the energy for modding mouses. I'm all out going stock builds, so where's the 60heV2 at? It's 69 days overdue
lol I’m happy with the 80he
yeah I probably should just get that, we have local store that stocks 80he's
but not in raw
another +1 for the hitscan hyperlight
first time people havent recommended the op18k lmao
great mouse and good folks at customer support
i prefer wireless
though i think there is an op1 4k(?) thats wireless or whatever they call it
multiple people have recommended the hyperlight, inca, and maya x
i used the gpx for a few years before i got the hitscan and i cant go back but ig the only issue is if you hate small mice
OP1w 4k v2

Cute lil mouse and bug free on sp-004
my boy has the miku pad too
Why no OP1?
Because I hate wires
Light wireless exists, no point in having a wire
Valid
hmm, the more I'm in search for an IEM that matches my preference, the more I think I better off just get the best IEM while having looser requirement on what I want the bass to be.
The higher up you go, the more and more dynamic the bass seems to be from what I’ve tried once they start packing the drivers in.
mmhm, every good iem I see always have a lot of bass. That's why I want to loosen my requirement
Well, 'a lot' compared to hd490.
Ive been deciding between 3 headphones, I have the budget of 300 USD
The Sennheiser MOMENTUM 4 Wireless Headphones
ASTRO A50 (Gen 5)
Fractal Design Scape Dark Wireless
What do you mainly use your headphone for? Do you use a separate mic currently?
I mainly use them for spoitfy/youtube videos, and no I do not and currently using the CORSAIR VOID RGB ELITE Wireless Gaming Headset – 7.1 Surround Sound
But I do want a standalone mic
Won't the momentum 4 have a little bit delay?
for non gaming, bluetooth latency is fine.
I dont really know
fair enough
Is it viable for gaming however? Nothing really competive
but if you do gaming, I suggest avoid that and at least go for 2.4ghz wireless.
will you be using the headphone outside?
Not really, just for my pc, I use my airpods for outside
If that's the case, you'll be okay with the latter 2 option. I prop lean on Fractal Design Scape but if you can demo it at a store, choose the one that's more comfortable.
Alright thank you
I can wholeheartedly recommend hd490 pro. Not sure about dt1990 mk2, but if you're okay with spicy treble, it could also be a nice choice.
i have hd599 rn and i really like sennheiser
so probably more safe to go with the brand i've had for years
What if I mix the Fractal's with the MPM-1000U
you can mix it fine with just any good mic, just disable the mic on the headset and you're set.
Idk much about mic though
I do that by chaning my audio output right?
assuming you're connecting the headset and mic through USB, in windows you can choose which mic it default to and disable the other. Can also choose specific one in game.
ooooo
thank you
The ultimate mouse
@abstract warren How's the top pro so far? I come to a conclusion that if I want an IEM for me, it gotta be not similar but as good or even better than hd490 pro.
with a pack of smokes in the back
i got the xenns tea pro which should be similar iirc, they are great but maybe a bit bulky for my taste, but thats all new iems
size wont be an issue, I've used a lot of IEM that's prop as big as top pro and only found some cable to be uncomfortable, not the IEM itself.
Kiwi ears astral are a closer tuning comp for top pros, tea pros are much more bass intensive
Pretty much the same as the first day I got them. Still living large
may astrals drop below $250 on black friday
and DEFINITELY DO NOT raise to 350

Hey guys, it's aula f75 pro... Can I take wooting keycaps puller and take the spacebar out? The plastic underneath isn't fixed and it's a pain in the eye😮💨
U can
Getting OP1 on Wednesday
OP1 better be life changing from the way people hype it up
does anyone recommend mouse kits? has anyone felt a difference in weight reduction and performance? im kinda on the fence of modding my superlight 2...
im also considering modding the switches too
Does anyone have a link to the Hitscan Hyperlight Wireless Gaming Mouse?
Weighing just 39 grams, the Hyperlight boasts one of the most durable builds in the sub-40 gram category. Its mid-hump design and low click profile are optimized for claw grip while remaining suitable for all grip styles. It features optimized click tensioning for minimal pre-travel and more pronounced side buttons for
Thank you
In this video I review the new Sennheiser HDB 630. It feels like Sennheiser took everything we've been asking for and put it all into ONE headphone!

HDB 630. $500
Just right within General Human Preference and you can EQ with PEQ on their app.
How is noise cancellation?
I dunno, this review only focus on sound. But he does said that the transparency mode is just about equal compared to the rest (below apple's)
I really do not like the measurement DMS does. Nothing wrong with the data I just don't like how he presents them. The preference bounds are not good imo
Maybe in a couple day there'll be more review you can refer to that doesn't focus on sound. But assuming it measure closely to hd560s (mids wise), it's good enough to me.
If similar to the 560S but with more bass then it should be a very popular headphone sound wise
Could be a pick up for me tbh
I'm going to buy the Airpods Max
My xm4s are slowly falling apart
They're very plain looking too which I kind of like
open baaaaacks
Don't they've invented ANC open backs yet
Fractal Design Scape Dark Wireless
Wooting 60HE+ V2 keyboard (pre order starts november 6th)
Hitscan Hyperlight Wireless Gaming Mouse
Secret Labs Magnus Pro XL
WALLHACK SP-004A
MPM-1000U (standalone mic)
(RØDE PSA1+ Studio Boom Arm)
LG UltraGear 45GR95QE-B
(Secretlab MAGNUS Monitor Arm (Heavy Duty Edition))
This is my complete setup, is it good?
Think this was bought up already but the magnetic desk and the magnetic keyboard will likely cause issues
Yes Im getting a cloth thing for the keyboard
I'm glad you said that because I have the same desk and my keyboard is on the way lmao
Hmm, looking at some of the other review of HDB 630, it's aight. Might grab it on sale at $300-350 in a couple year.
Might not like it, treble is fine but the bass and a mids might be too much for me.
im vibin with my xm6 lmaooo
😭
Hell yeah
I use the H6 pro and auto eq with peace
I got the Solid Sides one but maybe I should have gotten the Light instead
Solid better
The difference is what, 1.5-2g?
Worth it
Yeah it’s a small difference
The full solid sold out instantly
It's fine, you probably won't feel the holes
Just keep default scroll wheel
For the last one it should say "Import tax will apply
UPS will add their own fees on top whenever they can
After you showed me the picture idk if I can
I blame you mod man 🥀

35g for no holes isn’t terrible
g303 all you need
Oh no
Please, not egg
jumpscare
All i need is 150g mouse
ROG Tax is real
The GIGABYTE model with the same panel, albeit not a glossy coating, is £500.
Of course, being part of the cool gamers isn't meant to be cheap
gotta compare the specs tbh
At that point just save a lil more for a ultrawide oled
4th gen tandem OLED though
Ultrawide🤢
The oled slander is not justified
Im on oled, no slander there it gaps
But ultrawide icky
I just woke up I meant ultrawide😭
Ultra wides are amazing, idk what your talking about
It's just 2 monitors without the bevel in-between😭
Just minimize the game to normal size then
Nuh huh
UltrWide is wonderful
Replaced 3 displays with a 49 inch uw like 2 years ago couldn't be happier
In some ways i can say that ultrawides worth it for some ppl

Just put discord on one side and some other stuff on the other😭
When the rest of my damn parts come I'll actually set it up
This is nice. A lot similar to other dongle dac in similar price point (fiio ka15 for instance). Assuming build quality is better, then it's good in my book
KA17 my beloved
If it does not have loudness equaliser and crossfeed it cannot be endgame
I would be the weird one but i would still use another monitor next to that
Wait
Did you order?
They’ll be adding the new 3.0 coating to the other mods in like a month
I have the LG dual mode and the 1080p res is so bad at 32 inches imo. Object and enemies at a distance are hard to see in certain games. If squinting were a sport, I'd be a gold medalist. Other than that the size is perfect for games and shii
lol, who would have thought 🙄
1080p at 27" is already not great
I'm sure there's a game out there that can make use of it but 4k is just too good, unless 240fps isn't enough for some
No
Ewww
my fav dongle DAC is the iFi GO bar Kensei
its the size of my thumb and it can pump out 477mW out of the balanced output
1080p already looks shit on 27” displays lmao
tbh I rarely use the 1080p mode on my 32 inch oled ROFL
even though 480Hz does look kind of insane
mine is either 4k 240Hz or 1080P 480Hz
Get me that 5k dual mode with 1440p
Get me that 5k 480 Hz monomode display
All my homies want that 720p720hz monitor
Unless they're side by side, you don't notice anything past 240hz😭
Once you go 4K it’s over
And that’s exactly why I’m stopping myself from touching 4k
I have one and am thinking about just getting a 1080p 24inch 27 is just too big
yeah dual mode is ass, I'm just glad the LG has been heavily discounted as I was thinking about the glossy Asus with that juicy Asus tax
Facts only reason I got LG is cuz I got it at cost
Just missing the op1
I finally completed the list of things I need for my setup 🥹
Fractal Design Scape Dark Wireless
Wooting 60HE+ V2 keyboard (pre order starts november 6th)
Hitscan Hyperlight Wireless Gaming Mouse
Attack Shark R2 Wireless Gaming Mouse
Secret Labs Magnus Pro XL
WALLHACK SP-004
MPM-1000U (standalone mic)
(RØDE PSA1+ Studio Boom Arm)
LG UltraGear 45GR95QE-B
(Secretlab MAGNUS Monitor Arm (Heavy Duty Edition))
Can you rate it
Um... I don't think it'll work out
Magnus XL is a magnetic desk and interferes with Wooting keyboards, that's a well known problem
Oh really? What If I were to get a mousepad to place it ontop of it?
Distance between must be quite thick too, HE sensors are very sensitive, so I'm not sure if only a mousepad will be enough
Oh 😭, worse case scenario I buy a new keyboard and give my wooting awat
Get a nice wooden desk instead
Magnus is great if you are a streamer or something, where you have a separate space for computer, that is only for gaming and nothing else
For everyday use it'll interfere with everything magnetic
I think they're releasing new desk which won't cause issues anymore
https://x.com/secretlabchairs/status/1981047607691792608?s=46
Magnus Evo

Get a keebmat, or a keyboard mat. Because of the desk mat you don't necessarily want a full giant mousepad. If you have a keebmat plus those layers of case foam/tape modding you'll be fine. I have the same desk and have the keyboard on the way as well
ive been using a 3xl deskmat for years
i hate the feeling of my arm sticking to the table
Yeah, the mat on the Magnus is just a giant leather pad and it's amazing
It feels weird putting a giant mousepad on top of it because the leather isnt a truly flat surface itself
Oooo alright thanks
Isn't the XL already available for pre order?
And its much cheaper than the Magnus ones
It was just announced today, I think it opens up December
Ah
Cable tray on that model is much smaller as well it looks like

Same size, less cable management and magnets
Honestly I'd just go for the normal one for the extra management haha
Plus it hides everything
😭
I'm only looking at the Evo because it isn't magnetic and it won't interfere with the new Wooting'
And most of my gear in general will be wireless so I won't need a lot of space
Just buy the module when it comes out rather than the keyboard and just get a case slightly thicker
When my stuff gets here I'll test it and let you know if I get false inputs at all
Alright, thank you
Mine was like a grand😭 I got probably 1600 in desk and chair lol
surely most of thats in the chair right
560 for the chair and I'd like to say the desk was 1000-1100
Desk was a gift so it doesn't matter to me haha
Me who looking at casual desk with the size of 80x160
Ikea desk’s my favorite
Kitchen countertop with legs is best desk.
Wont the aluminum case help with the magnets from the desk, or am I tweaking?
Nope
gg
Actual
It should a bit
💔
Idk atm im looking at the IKEA mittzon desk

I could get the same build that everyone uses but idk
Not really, it's just a deterrent, the magnet on the desk are only strong at super closes range so if you elevate the board with enough case foam and yada yada you'll be fine
Oh, I was thinking of the Holy60 case with EPDM Foam, think thatll be enough/
Yeah, long as you have something between the keyboard and the mat like a keebmat or a keyboard pad you'll be fine
The only interference I've seen has only been at like .01 from everything I've read, so it's barely anything without a mat
Oh alright, I just look for a glass keebmat then
glass keebmat..?
gulp
Are you keeping the leather mat that comes with the desk?
It's just for the keyboard, find a felt on, glass for the mousepad
Most likely yeah
I just ordered this mousepad
I was looking at WALLHACK ones, I think the SPA- 004
I'm doing that and this one
KEEBMAT Premium Felt Edition is the perfect Keyboard sized small to mini Felt Deskmat in various sizes and colors at 5mm thickness for the best thock. Give your Keyboard a small Felt Deskmat Coaster to rest on. For meetups, the office, or during travel, KEEBMAT fits in your carrying case with ease and protects your Keyboard wherever you go!
I like the glass one, but man there's next to no stopping power when you have skates as well
Will it like COMPLETELY cover the bottom of a 60%?
Should, they have examples with a split
I'll let you know when mine comes
Fair enough, are you doing after market skates for your mouse?
Yea, Im probably going to buy some FROM WALLHACK
Im getting two mice. The Hitscan Hyperlight and the attack shark R2
Nice, I got a set of esptiger ice v2's for my Logitech super light pro 2 on the way
W, i just got my Artisan and Keebmat recently aswell :)
theres an va-005 now
thats the fun about it it has a learning curve
Isnt that one for pre order?
idk, havent looked into it much cause i already have a glass mousepad

but its supposedly faster than the sp004
Oh wow
W how's that
Didn't unpack yet, but i bet it will be fire
Nice
farts
sorry baby, gotta buy 1 more iem before I replace you
Gang I'm confused
Ordered a super light 2 from Logitech cause of the student discount
Never got a tracking number
Was on the phone with them earlier because it showed up as processing on their page
They said theyd process and ship it in 24-48 hours
I come home to a package from Logitech
It's here
So maybe a second one will come in the mail?
wait and see
It still never charged by card fully, just pending which is super weird
Lightest thing in the world, super nice
thats what happened when i tried getting a replacement for my superlight
so i have 3 in total
Company worth billions btw😭
They worth billion cause they save money by outsourcing
imagine how much money companies would make if they didn't pay their staff
Someone got theirs already @viscid bison @hazy fiber
how does it compare to your previous Pmm? Also, urge to goon rising - should I?
I haven’t gotten mine yet
soon
Bro I really want that glass pad
But I know I shouldn’t
@hazy fiber @abstract warren
yeah, definitely don't as it'll increase my chance of jumping the queue. How far away is the OP1? Would've been nice to have it for the weekend
I get it Friday
👀
Are you gonna try and get the pad?
50/50, I already have one but doesn't look as tough 😭
What's the point of this
VV3 internals are already goated
Ah
I just don’t know how it would feel playing on a glass pad without a sleeve
You can buy me Ball x Pit instead
I wouldn't know either, my WH is still in its packaging
Get WH Sora sleeve
It's nice

~$210 closed back
Part of me hoping it'll be like hd490 but closed.
I can't wait to see some of these responses
how does it feel typing on that kinda keyboard it looks interesting
The one that I just got?
It's very comfortable
oh wow
honestly, yes the shape of those boards is pretty nice
Calibration time
It's so precise
Gosh that test signal was loud. Hopefully no one is trying to sleep atm
nice view
fr
tried that on my soundbar
with subwoofer
just hoped it would end soon
Ty. It's mostly blocked by a tree
Btw it sounds fantastic now. Calibration was major help
Sadly cannot play loudly right now since my upstairs neighbours are asleep
It now feels similar to listening to my equalised headphones but with a genuine soundstage and real imaging
Before calibration you «hear» the room (those ugly peaks and dips in the bass you see on the measurements)
cant wait to have a nice speaker setup too
is the calibration change done in windows or another device?
It's done in the Neumann MA1 software and stored in the speakers themselves
So done in Windows yes

istg i asked maxgaming when xxl pads would be back in stock, they said they dont know, so i bought a regular xl, and today after it arrives xxl is back in stock 😭
their support never knows shit
Yeah not feeling these obsidian skates bro @karmic summit They feel slower than the Ice V2s
smh
and then a week later they had them
got my skates today, ill probably just stick with this xl but i wouldnt have bought it if i knew xxl would be back the same week 💀
they even say on the support page that you can ask when stuff is gonna be back, and then theyre just clueless anyway, very helpful
holey fuhk
also for more complaints my gwolves order has still not arrived after 3 weeks, at least it shipped this week lol
It’s slightly smaller than the zen8k for sure
Definitely not a fan of a scroll wheel on the OP1 8k
yeah the scroll wheel is hella lame
Jesus thats awful
I’m waiting for Monday to get the thinner lighter cable and then I’ll swap out the switches inside as well
those aren’t obsidian airs
obsidian airs are purple
These just says obsidian dots
@red vigil cable management came in, get it for your setup when you buy it, it's not terribly expensive for what it is
Is that for the back of it or for the legs?
If you mount your PC on the bottom with their bracket this hides everything
Oh I bet, hope I have enough room after the three monitors though 😭
Uhhh
3 of that one you posted?
ASUS ROG Strix XG32UCWG OR LG 32GS95UE 32-
inch Ultragear OLED (primary)
LG UltraGear 45GR95QE-B (secondary, on top of the first one)
ASUS PG27UCDM (tertiary hung vertically to my left)
Those
It should right?
They're all 32's right?
if ur pc case is too big u gonna run issue with the LG
Is the H9 flow to big?
Also which LG one?
Oh way too big
I have the ultrawide one right now
tbh u gonna see it if u put everything on the table
Ah
Also my man, why you trying to spend 990 on a single rog monitor
bc thats a dual mode oled monitor
That's ridiculous for a 32 inch monitor lol
u pay for the tech as well
Very few people are going to tell the difference between 165 and 330hz. I feel like there's better options
Gang my oled 49 inch was literally less than half that
Mines 240 as well😭
Only difference is mine is long
idk i hate ultrawides
i hate it bc it give me the fish eye effect
Yeah, I just minimize the game and throw discord on the side usually lol
- i love adjusting my 2nd monitor how i want
Uhh
Not really trying, just the ones I liked from youtube
Go to a store and see if you can spot the difference between 330 and 165 hz
oh you gonna tell that its much smoother
I can spot the difference between 165hz and 240hz
Im on 240hz rn
Oh yeah of course, but it will be such a fine change😭
All I'm saying is you could totally save a few hundred on the monitors and reinvest it into your mic or pc yada yada
Oh I have a different budget for my PC
Wasting the PG27UCDM's potential like that!!!
I want the RYZEN 9800X3D and either 5080 or the 9070xt
You could get a xenon edge with the money you'd save lol
Xenon edge?
I can't wait till it comes out
You seem to have a lot of money so get a 5080
Alright, will do
Oh yeah Ive seen these
Its like 250 no?
Yeah 5080 is going to work better rather than that the 9070
Alright
I think so? I know they weren't supposed to get new stock till like December or something
They really ran out of stock?
Wait till you find out how much the gpus cost that people use to run those expensive monitors
I will buy a 5080 for New Years
Oh yeah instantly, it's because it runs all the official stream deck stuff is why it's so popular
imagine having the money for a 5080 firehazard
I don't. That's why I don't have one yet
tbh i dont trust that connector at all soo
my rx 9070 gonna serve me well for a few years
I trust it more than 9800X3D with Assrock motherboards
I only buy motherboards from Asus and gigabyte, I will never trust asrock😭
i mean any mobo could do that soo
Would you say its a replacement for a monitor though?
its good for spotify and lil stuff
Yeah it's just a lil Spotify/widget monitor is all it really is
i hate you
i love moumou tho
I'm gonna break into your house steal your chicken and give it to moumou
I mean it acts like a full on monitor and you can put anything on it, but that's all I'd use it for
just get a TV on top
I have one
just do this instead
Oh the tv placement is like mine
This guy/girl is on the same page as me
Its right above my setup
Bro the scroll wheel is so ass on the OP1 8K @viscid bison
Like holy fucking shit
lol
It’s so stiff like I can’t even double click it cause it feels off
i feel u LOL
the scroll wheel is much better on the OP1w
Ohhhh thank you I thought I was being extra or something
naw the g502 is the best gaming mouse on the market

If my pinky hovers that means the mouse is too small right?
Usually, depends tho
Mmmmm maybe I just gotta get used to this shape
Can anyone rate a pc build?
sure tony stark
not really
Thank you Goku
Part List - AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D, GeForce RTX 5090, NZXT H9 Flow (2025) ATX Mid Tower
i have a few friends that just prefer to hover their pinky
ive used mice far too small to me where i havent needed to hover my pinky
what games do you even play?
Roblox
And these Helldivers 2 fortnite Ghost of Yotei/ Tsushima, Black Myth Wukong, and I want to try out old COD campaigns, valorant, CSGO, Halo and doom games
honestly
its overkill
you dont need to spend that much
for decent frames
9070 xt and 5070ti will be enough
your build is good but its up to you if you wanna drop like 4k+
that doesnt matter
Ooo really?
are you planning to stream while gaming?
Not really, but I want to videos while Inplay
Ah
yeah its a bit overkill for these games
whats your main display res?
4k 3840x2160
ah for 4k
Yes,
LG 32GS95UE 32-inch Ultragear OLED (primary)
LG UltraGear 45GR95QE-B (secondary, on top of the first one)
ASUS PG27UCDM (tertiary hung vertically to my left)
Those are my monitors
mm if youre trying to run max graphics in those more grpahic demanding games like wukong (bad optimization for the most part) you’d probably want something with more vram
Ah
maybe wait for the supers to come out
I mainly play helldivers and roblox how ever
tbh i got no clue how helldivers perform lmao
i dont have the game and havent looked too deep
O
Right now with my 4070 super and 7 9700x and medium to high settings
I get 70-90 frames
are you currently on 4k?
id say wait for maybe the 5080 super as it should have a bit more vram without going into 5090 price territory
Ahhh
and you can get it with a 7800x3d or 9800x3d if you want ~5-10% more performance
9950x3d isnt necessary if your main focus is for gaming
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/VrwVjn
theres also this intel version
Part List - Intel Core Ultra 7 265KF, GeForce RTX 5090, NZXT H9 Flow (2025) ATX Mid Tower
I think its a tad more expensive though
i just wouldnt go intel unless youre doing modeling work
higher power consumption than the amd x3d chips
Oh
Also do you know about mics and headphones?
Because I was thinking of these
Sennheiser HD 800 S headphones
Shure SM7B
(RODE PSA1 + Studio Boom Arm)
im currently using a pretty budget friendly mic and iems tho i plan on upgrading to better iems on black friday
Ive never had IEMS
not much tbh
but ive only heard good things about them
What is your goal with getting the heaphone?
Just good sounding ones
That dont really glitch
i only have gaming headphones or airpods to compare them to so not the highest bar but my $55 iems sound way better than $100+ gaming headsets
That's a bit vague. What do you want the sound to be like? Exciting, accurate, or relaxing?
Oooo
Accurate sounding while not being to much
Hmm, assuming you go for gaming, hd800 should be just about at the end game since it's very good with its imaging and soundstage .
Just make sure to get a Dac/Amp to power it up
Ooo alright thanks
Do you intend to bring it anywhere?
Okay, very nice. That’s all the question I have.
Alright thank you
Tyty
Yeah this is the grip my hand keeps going to when using the op1
Mouse grip isnt an objective thing, and hovering pinky isnt really gonna affect much if anything at all
If your an ftip user then yeah maybe
Otherwise not so much
Using your pinky can be nice for rotating the mouse with your fingers but if you dont do that much already its literally no different
gamers give mousepad suggestions, on a skypad 3.0 for the past 2 years
oh that sucks, can you mod it in any way? When in doubt spray bitta WD40
HD800 sounds MEH! if you don't EQ it
HD800 isn't very accurate without EQ just keep that in mind, but it's fantastic after EQ
https://aviot.jp/product/te-v1r-bla/ 👀 Blue Archive themed headphone
I don’t like the click or the scroll on it
Ohhhh
Since you spend so much, an amplifier/dac I'd recommend is the JDS Labs Element IV. It's expensive but it looks nice imo, has a big satisfying knob for adjusting the volume with, is complete transparent sound quality wise, and has parametric EQ and loudness correction built-in which are very important features (you'll never want to turn loudness correction off, trust me). If you just want something with enough power and that is transparent you can spend far less than this though but you really should EQ in the end and I prefer having it stored on the physical device like this
Lol right now my setup is going to look like this, hopegfully
Embody Chair by Herman Miller (Logitech one)
Sennheiser HD 800 S headphones
Shure SM7B
(RØDE PSA1+ Studio Boom Arm)
Wooting 60HE+ V2
Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL
Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro 75%
Hitscan Hyperlight Wireless Gaming Mouse
Attack Shark R2 Wireless Gaming Mouse
Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2
WALLHACK SP-004 Glass mousepad
G 32GS95UE 32-inch Ultragear OLED (primary)
LG UltraGear 45GR95QE-B (secondary, on top of the first one)
ASUS PG27UCDM (tertiary hung vertically to my left)
Secretlabs Magnus Pro XL
Nomad Stand One Max
Dyson Purifier Hot+Cool HP1 (Black/Nickel) X2
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Bd9GyW (apparently the other used unesscary expensive parts)
Part List - AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D, GeForce RTX 5090, NZXT H9 Flow (2025) ATX Mid Tower
I don't see an amplifier here
hows the Schiit Freya+?
Mid and overpriced
Good lord don't buy that
It's a pre-amp too
Sakata what kind of games are you planning on playing😭
KA17, DAC and Headphone Amplifier
alr ty
wanna know something your performance not gonna change that much
:(
I wouldn't buy that
glup
It looks wholly unsatisfying for desktop use
I don't want to click on what is essentially phone buttons on a device like that for desktop listening. I'd want a knob
o
knob always nice
This guy seems determined to spend as much as possible and therefore I'd at least get something with a knob. My money is on the JDS Labs for the features and ease of use
not AS much money
but people keep recommending expensive things so I kind of went with the flow 😭
The JDS Labs one is $500 if you're American which is expensive for an amplifier/dac, but it feels great to use and the features are honestly necessary for a «serious about sound quality» setup
Ooooo alright
ah yes serious sound quality for roblox
Well I assume he'll be using them for anything audio related
Unless he takes them on just for Roblox and off his head afterwards in which case I'd die inside
I feel like headphones is the least important thing ever for «advantage» in games. Soundstage/imaging of certain headphones feel overstated to me compared to just EQing any other headphone that takes it well. Soundstage and imaging is related to frequency response
Part of the soundstage of the HD800 is also in its frequency response because it has that slightly unattural HiFiMan dip
He should 100% get the JDS instead of that. Isn't the JDS one just $100 more than those two combined?
Best dac
MY DUDE your spending 999 on a 32 inch monitor😭
Where do you live?
Los Angeles California
its not that bad when there are monitors for even more
Wait it's cute looking
I already have the ultrawide 😭
For a 32 inch monitor for Roblox😭
yes
It's what I use
I saw this monitor yesterday and I kinda want it...
I just got that one delivered lol
Mine dirty though
No kidding? Let me know what you think of it!
ultrawides
i like my fiio k11
Look at all those skin particles
glued to the underside of the desk
i do wanna get another set of IEMs tho
I've spent way more on a 32 inch display
I'll tell you one thing, it's made of mostly aluminum :)
i spent more on 27 inch
Moondrop Solis 2
:)
i do wanna get that 27" QD-Oled from Asus
Asus makes a lot of 27 inch QD-OLEDs

im not made out of gold
ONE OF US ONE OF US
i dont need a 3000$ iem
JOIN ME MARK
yeah i want this Asus ROG Strix XG27ACDNG
Glossy Oled 1440p360HZ
vesa HDR 400 true black. Nice
im fine with SDR
YES YOU DO
SDR on an OLED is very good
thats 5 months of paycheck for me or even more xd
Dayum
im leaning towards more to get a 150$ one dx
i just dont care about audio
Real
Audio is a very mature technology
Can't really improve much over the cheap stuff
Moondrop Chu 2 my beloved
i use the USB adapter from the Cloud II as an AMP xd
I think it's a mistake to aim for a certain price whether that is $150 or $3000 with iems since it doesn't seem to guarantee anything. It doesn't mean it will sound better, or have better build quality
Instead of just finding what sounds the best to you regardless of price (which you often find in an even lower price category than $150)
i love my Red's
I just used the cheapest competent dongle DAC I can find 90% of the time (FiiO KA11)
Cauz it's stupid easy to use
it was free
No need to do some wacky set up like with the other DACs
Nice
ONE last thing, which of these pcs will be the best for my monitors?
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/xkzMjn PC1
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Bd9GyW PC2
Part List - AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D, GeForce RTX 5090, NZXT H9 Flow (2025) ATX Mid Tower

Part List - AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D, GeForce RTX 5090, NZXT H9 Flow (2025) ATX Mid Tower
I haven't clicked but if one of them has 9950X3D then that will be better
oo alright
48gb of system memory is a bit of a weird number in PC1, but it's fine, just make sure to get CL30 memory and not the CL36 in that config
But 9950X3D is nice for pro applications that take advantage of multiple threads, but 9800X3D is good enough for most things and will not bottleneck the 5090
Im mainly/only going to be using it for gaming
Go 9800X3D then and 64gb of CL30 memory at 6000-6400Mhz
Or 5600MHz if you don't want to overclock your RAM with EXPO/EXPO 2
Yeah I dont think I want to overlock
Go 5600MHz then if you don't plan on OCing the RAM
Since that is the memory speed that the 9800X3D normally runs at
Ok
and that AIO not gonna do much work
But hey, aesthetic is a part of the build for some people!
AIOs look clean
i know, but its useless
if u have the money just do a custom loop instead of AIO's
I just buy a Noctua aircooler and force it to run at a locked 25% speed regardless of temps
Silent, and no thermal throttling
i just run aio at the speeds i cant hear
im the only one here who hates his AIO
