Key83 is slowest of balance pads imo, has less offensive texture than otsu but i think that is still faster. never tried the hien but its apparently even worse texture than otsu which i find to be unbelievable

im currently using jade dots on key83 and its been the optimal balance for me anyway

if you're used to slower skates, i definitely wouldn't recommend the obsidian airs (felt like trash even on raiden imo for control) id probably stick with the red obsidians as I think they give you an adequate speed to control ratio that the airs dont give on cloth
