There's no such thing as a courier service with a good rating - Cause people are not incentivized to provide a positive rating, only a negative one when something goes wrong.

never had an issue with fed ex, ups or dhl in korea though. They all deliver great and skipping deliveries isn't a thing in korea (at least within seoul)
