Ok, assuming the 4th keycap wouldn't exist at all, we'd have 63³, which means we're looking at 250.047 combinations that are relevant to us

however, the 4th keycap is increasing our chance of getting a perfect set, sure, it adds up to more combinations, but we care only about 3 keycaps matching, not 4. Which means I did a mistake once again... It's a bonus after all, therefore it should be deducted instead of adding up to it

So the conclusion of it are 249.984 combinations

and as you said 21×63 = 1323, so we end up with a final calculation of 1323/249.984=0,0052923387

or 0.5%

If you're worried about it, or if you're planning on changing them out often then I'd recommend getting a puller, but trying to pull them up with your fingers, or sticking something solid underneath like a thin blade will do the job in a pinch.

just try and make it so the force is going upwards as much as you can, levering them out could cause issues
