Sadly my experience with Wooting was also negative when I ordered 60HE+ in January, as the keyboard arrived with I presume damaged PCB (it had ghost inputs and stuck windows key). I asked them for replacement and it took a week to even answer me, so in meantime as I was without any keyboard to test newly ordered PC I had to order it again as a replacement all covered by me including delivery fee. If I remember correctly newly ordered keyboard came nearly in the same time as their approval for replacement…

I have a question regarding returns. I have a Wooting 60HEv2 which I received on the 18th of december. Unfortunately I am unable to make correct use of the keyboard so I only used it a couple of days. Then came january and I have Some private things so I was unable to return the keyboard.

So on the 18th of january the 30 day period was over, while I still wanted to return it for a Wooting 80HE. The keyboard is still in mint condition with everything original and I even have the boxes. Not really that but I've a support issue problem with the TenZ keyboard.. But its also stuck for almost a week on "your order is beging prepared to ship to you".
Meanwhile for the whole support ticket we are a month further. So we are still on the waiting game 😄
