After 45 days in transit via DeutschePost shipping outside of the EU, we can assume that it has been lost and issue a replacement shipment via express courier.

DeutschePost handles the export, then that after the import to your local country, that you should track the parcel with your local carrier who handles the last mile delivery.

@torn valve address I specified at the website when ordering is “myAddress 5B” , but the team sent it to “myAddress 5”, without “B”. I called DHL and they said that the driver couldn’t find it, nothing I can do to stop them and its going back.

@torn valve can I get live help with that? So it won’t be going back and forward and the team could prevent it while its still here ?
