I managed to get a number from my closest DHL through the map. I'll check.

contacted them

that number is from DHL global and can only be tracked through the website or with the Saudi Post IF the order makes it into Saudi Arabia but they won't be able to assist me through the DHL within saudi arabia due to the tracking number.

so basically tells me
1- it's either still outside of Saudi Arabia and it hasn't arrived yet
2- The package got lost on the way
3- the package isn't picked up for shipment yet.
