That 4000Hz is questionable as you need to have all other components be synced and that fast. By that I mean all other stuff inside a mouse. For keyboards it's just keyscan that's gotta be that quick. Wooting beats all keyboards (afaik) in the speed even tjo it's 1k only

personally I can notice the difference from 1k and 2k already, but some people may not

it's like the different between 240hz and 360hz

in conclusion if you are a competitive gamer I suggest you buying the dongle to get those high polling rates, also if you do that make sure to switch to 3600 dpi because in combination with 4k hz you will get even best respons time

you can always use sites such as Mouse Sensitivity https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/ that allows you to convert your sensitivity among the games and also convert the sens you have on certain dpi to different dpi on the same game

oh and last thing, since 3600 dpi are way too fast for desktop usage i suggest you to go into win settings >> bluetooth & devices >> mouse and lower the cursor speed to 4
