Thing is though, my package is definitely moving, albeit very, very slowly. It'll just get stuck in places for an absurdly long time. So far:

• The shipment initially started last Tuesday, on the 27th
• Fedex scanned the package in the next day, then sent it to another nearby warehouse the day after. It took at least 32 hours from that first scan to finally leave the Vegas area early Friday morning, which was the initial ETA.
• The package then made consistent progress until Sunday night, when it reached the Fedex Warehouse in Olathe, KS, but moved on within 9 hours or so. It's Tuesday morning at this point, but apparently FedEx packages still move during federal holidays.
• On Tuesday evening, the package pinged as "in transit" (presumably meaning currently in a truck) from Grove City, OH (near Columbus, so a pretty significant distance for one day), where FedEx has another warehouse. It pinged again as in transit from the same city yesterday morning, then finally checked in to the warehouse at 4pm today. It has yet to be scanned out of the warehouse, which is 6 hours driving distance from my house. If the current tracking is accurate, then it would be impossible for them to make it here by the time delivery trucks go out tomorrow morning, therefore missing the second ETA.

I just love this. My fucking god. I fell in love with this keyboard at the wootup this year and the keyboard that we got there was absolutely insanely nice. Loved it, but it was first gen. Right after the wootup I got myself the new version in fullsize. I am just fully in love. There is only one thing missing:
At wootup there were screw-in stabilizers. A full size two HE with screw-ins is my dream. Honestly, this keyboard is a game changer.

It doesn't have the ability to tap into the warehouse "queue" to provide any kind of true estimate there.

Unfortunately since we're shipping keyboard orders right on the edge of various accessories being restocked, there's a fair few orders that are allocated to a specific warehouse with most of the products available but missing one or another component to complete it. The accessories are all delivering last week and this week, and once they do the orders will automatically reallocate themselves to the warehouse with all the items available, so it'll resolve itself in the next couple days

It's irksome since there are enough of every accessory to fulfill the orders that have been submitted, but the fulfillment center splits shipments across different warehouses for efficiency or whatever, causing this disconnect

Well yes and no... The issue is that if the wrist rests from previous batches are in the fulfillment center's warehouse in Jacksonville and Fort Worth, the tool sets are in the warehouse in Allentown and Las Vegas, the keycaps are in the warehouse in Fort Worth and Allentown, and the keyboards are the warehouse in Las Vegas and Jacksonville, then having precisely the wrong combination of any of those will cause it to get stuck

If it were more than a matter of a few days then we could allow split shipments to get part sent from one warehouse and the other part from another, but with the restock already in progress it's hard to justify that extra expense (and customer confusion)

Hotswap switches can't have switches on them. Cause they'd be soldered on, thus making it not hotswap.
