Once a shipment is exported there will be no further updates on the tracking until after it clears your local customs. Once it does, you can track it most accurately via your local postal service's website

In hindsight I'm glad I don't use my Corsair Dark Core anymore.

It had bad battery life and was a chonk. My Logitech superlight is a bit TOO light though, so I'll probably swap the battery for something larger to add a few more grammes.

I like my lighter weight better than heavier mouse. But I think to some people it may have to do with the other upgrades. You don't just get a lighter mouse, you get a better sensor and tracking compared to their old heavier mouse. Also, they might've gotten a better mousepad and skates because information is more available

I've got Atlantis mini and gpx

For me Atlantis mini is much better

My hands are 20x12 but even with the mini the shape of the hump is much more comfortable than the gpx

And I find the sensor position to be much better for how I hold it

Please send us an email notifying us of this situation if you haven't already.

When thousands of shipments get sent at once, a small % get screwed up somewhere between the fulfillment center printing the shipping label and the parcel carrier scanning it to show they've received it.

This is known as a No First Scan error and we have policies in place to ensure it gets resolved. In general it means wait x number of days to be sure the package doesn't get found and processed, if not then assume it to be lost and send a replacement.

NA-Rho was the most scuffed batch from a shipping perspective imo

First batch of ARM keyboards, got delayed on the manufacturing side, then we thought we could snag a super quick sea freight shipment so we cancelled the air freight for the batch, then the sea freight got randomly selected for intensive customs evaluation after a port dispute delayed the unloading by a week or two

So people who bought in October 2021 and then choose to delay their shipments to get the upgraded ARM keybaord that was supposed to deliver at the start of August actually delivered during October 2022 😅

If you've received a tracking number, then it has been shipped to the best of anybody's available knowledge. In the rare event that something goes wrong between the label being created and the parcel carrier confirming that they've received the package, then that needs to be handled via email support to [e-mail]

When I had mine it jumped around a lot. UPS took awhile to do the first scan then after a couple updates it stopped updating until it suddenly appear in my country customs - I don’t really put too much stock in the up to dateness of the updates

The problem is that they want special documents to give me the receipt for the customs tax, it's very complicated. To obtain those documents u need to go to the notary and pay some fees.

I just realized how bad UPS is, they add their custom customs tax to the tax that the goverment is asking.

UPS in Turkey utilizes "non-UPS brokers" to facilitate the import through customs. I expect that the broker is looking for some kind of identity verification to release the shipment to you. Have you already paid the import duties?

And the paperwork they have to do and reporting to tax authorities. While it's definitely not 20$ worth, they do pay for the service.

I don't know the import duties, they won't provide me those till I provide them the documents, Im not sure how much it will cost to obtain those documents, the laws here change very often that's why every blog post is outdated. Best thing I can do is call UPS tmr.
