Not really - Length IS the signal degradation issue if you will.

Though a longer cable would usually only mean lowering the LED brightness to about 70% to compensate.

Basically your package really only gets its status updated at facilities where it gets logged. hard to tell whether it's just sitting there until it gets updated the following day either at the same location or at a different one.

So it's impossible to tell whether it's moving at any given moment; FedEx has really been struggling of late and so packages can get delayed a couple of days at facilities or moved to nearby facilities so you end up with 2-4 days of little movement before it finally gets out of that area.

Yeah no worries, FedEx is just delaying packages right now depending on where you are and what path packages take to get to you, so it's very hard to trust the initial "expected delivery date" you're given if you live in one of those areas where delays are occurring. Some of the sorting facilities are basically black holes right now where they have to wait a few days before they can get moved along because of the backlog. FedEx's facilities at Forest Park, Ga and Ellenwood, Ga are known for this for example. If your package arrives at either of those, automatically add 3 days to a week (at least) to your expected date.

The LEDs are a tiny bit more red than blue/green. It's something we're working on compensating for in software with each update. But for now your best bet is to reduce the red value just a bit if you want white.

It's a mechanical keyboard, it's gonna be loud. Lubbing is about all you can do, maybe more foam if you put it in a different case.

unless you tap really hard, the wooting is decently quiet

i have lubed and put in lighter springs and switched the keycaps for some nice ABS cherry profile ones and it sounds really nice

you want more resistance not less if you're worried about sound, but the keycaps change should help, there are softer sounding keycaps for sure than the stock PBTs

I feel most of the noise is from the keycap, they feel like “light” so yeah might tune stronger springs and “dense” key caps 🙂 I’ll add a bit of padding too

it comes with the heavier 60 force springs so you don't need to worry about changing that, but added padding and different keycaps will change the sound profile

also I found as i got used to the actuation point and rapid trigger, i'm not mashing as violently as i used to, because the keyboard is so responsive that you don't have to

woohoojin's gold+ routine is pretty solid combined with some deadzoning drills and a couple deathmatches a day

it's like 4 or 5 kovaak drills that are pretty quick, then just deadzones/bots in the range then crosshair/peek practice in deathmatches

if you want to go hardcore on aim then it's voltaic benchmarks but a lot of that doesn't necessarily translate to valorant as well as doing more movement/crosshair placement/deadzone drills

... I never bother to enter such discussions and give my opinion on how people should get better, but as an ex pro CS 1.6 player & one who can still reach the highest rank in any game...

My tip is to find your OWN routine WITHIN the game. NOT using any sort of dumb "aim-trainers".

Example:

In CS 1.6 (and CSS, CS:GO for that sake), I'd install dust2_long (long A only), set in a team of difficulty 3 bots & simply grind it (them being T side and you CT).

You can get up to the corner of the map before they do, aim.. reflexes, flicks etc. All there & you grind it, within the actual game, so there is no need for any translation between your practice and actually using it.

That goes for any game, find a proper routine you make yourself, that you feel work for you, within the game itself.
