"I have a similar issue and after doing a little research it seems that Wooting unfortunately uses USPS "partners" to save on shipping costs.
USPS partners deal with shipping parcels to the customer's city, at which point they hand it over to USPS to make the final delivery.
Some of these partners don't have the best reputation, ACI logistics has quite a bad one actually, that's the company currently holding my package.
ACI logistics has had my package (30 minutes from my house) for multiple days lol. Would have gladly paid extra to just get regular usps "priority mail"" - taken from Baleful in #1019755933959733258

I got mine last week and I am loving it. Just FYI, the Glorious coiled cable works fine with it in Tachyon mode with zero issues even with full brightness on the LED's. I read that on some cables it can be iffy and tweak out and you have to turn brightness really low or off but not with the Glorious cable even with my Viper Mini Signature Edition running along side it at 4000hz. Also I got the white keycaps from the Wooting website and I really like the look and feel with the stock black case.
