i've improved skill wise massively this year but also

when it actually comes time to fc something i get too nervous

heart beat too fast

like the stuff i have the ability to be consistent on has gone up almost a whole star rating this year but i still can't break through my nerves

99 acc is not hard but FC is impossible

if anyone has any tips for nerve control, even very random small stuff that i could try and make habitual, i'd really appreciate it
