well for example if u had letter boxing, you can't just set the resolution to be like 1152x854

you have to keep ur native resolution like 2560x1440, and then set vertical and horizontal settings

to make the gameplay screen smaller

that way your sensitivity is preserved between versions

else if you just set the resolution, it's gonna feel awful and out of place

i had it like 4x refresh rate

but then when i chagned to it basically unlimited, it feel much smoother

i looked around and people were having the same issues with the mouse sens feeling off

and it must've been those combination of settings, cuz now it feels pretty much 1:1 with stable

my performance is maybe like 80-90% of stable now, but the harder maps where notelocking killed me are now easily passible

also osu's lazer rich discord status integration is nice too

for example on the note locking, as soon as i switched to osu lazer and tried dopamine u1, i just passed it instantly and got a letter grade up. kept dying to note lock in stable. now that wooting is here, i was just like might as well switch up everything
