only for vibro, my vibro settings are .3 RT and 2mm actuation, if anything RT can cause bad habits to form, RT shouldn't be relied on for a instant skillboost
if you're using proper technique you're going to be bottoming out anyways unless you're mashing, the kb is also 60g for bottom out so consider that.
in general it's mostly people getting skillboosts like anytime you get a new kb to begin with
