I'd personally highly not recommend setting your actuation to 0.1 or anything that low, doing that will change how finger control works and can give you bad habits
for rapid trigger it doesn't really help with mania at all and if anything it can give you bad habits too, the only real use case is for vibro and that's not a really common skillset for people to have to begin with
