Oh thanks for clarifying it up for me, appreciate it. I was curious since I saw something about input issues with the Tachyon mode enabled the other day so I wasn't sure if that was actually true or not and I also just don't know much about the setting itself.

I assume it's that little gif or short clip of the switch for the Rapid Trigger setting moving back and forth? I watched the video on it but maybe my comprehension is just to blonde to fully understand it well.

most issues with tachyon are power related. coiled cables or bad quality cables can cause power instability. In a few cases its also when a USB Hub is used that doesnt have its own power supply as the Keyboard basically already drains what 1 USB port on a mainboard can supply.

If there's any catch player wondering if the wooting is godlike for catch, I would say that is hard. been playing for almost a month with and the learning curve is absurdly hard for just a keyboard upgrade, ofc rapid trigger is what makes catch hard and the same reason for sliders in osu! so if you need to upgrade your keeb and doesn't care about weeks trying to figuring out how to play, apart of that I feel like the wooting it's giving me speed advantage specially for dt jumps sections and high ar's with the lower ms possible

Tachyon mode is recommended, but not entirely necessary.
It reduces the scanning time (and thereby also debounce) down to 1ms from 1~2ms (depending on the selected RGB Fx).

For osu I see no reason why not to turn it on as it's all about input precision.

For reference; Most gaming brand keyboards have a debounce of 5ms if they are high quality, and 22ms if it's razer/ducky/some-keychrons/etc.. (often not public product info)
Some custom build keyboards have firmware settings to lower the debounce time to 1ms, but is not always configured to support that as digital switches can degrade over time.
