is it just me or rapid trigger is useless for osu? I can't find a sensitivity that makes sense, from 0.1mm to ~0.5mm it feels unusable (slider break, low acc) and for anything more I don't even notice it's enabled when playing as I bottom out single taps. I've used mx reds for a long time so I know exactly at what point they actuate and I can vibrate up and down around that point when streaming, with arbitrary "sensitivity". With rapid trigger there is no point you vibrate around so you must move the key enough distance depending on the fixed sensitivity you set. The problem is I'm forced to set that sensitivity to 1mm or more if i don't want to slider break, thus making it worse than having it disabled. Cause having it disabled means I can still vibrate 0.5mm (or whatever i want) around the fixed actuaction but not slider break when i bottom out.
What I think they should do is add a rapid trigger deadzone at the end of the switch with variable size you can choose. If you enter that zone, rapid trigger gets disabled. This way it only stays enabled at the center of the switch, like on a standard switch but with the benefit of the moving actuation point. In this mode I would be comfortable using 0.5mm or lower sensitivity.
Or, even better, add the ability to set rapid trigger "zones" that have different sensitivity depending on where you are on the swtich: at the bottom? 1.5mm sensitivity, middle? 0.5mm top? 0.2mm
