Kril door altar

Is this setup ok for first time door altar kril? Anything I'm missing? I got 5 kc on my first trip but I think I rng into it because my other trips have not gone well. I tried bringing only staff/book/cape but I could not kill the guards in time before boss respawned.

I also cashed in some banked herblore xp so I can make some brews to bring. How am I meant to use these with divines? Should I bring regular ranged potions to sip after brewing?

Don’t think a black mask helps with range or mage, and don’t need that many mage swaps. Prob just cape and maybe book? And then just take off armor. 1 divine and one reg range pot so if you brew down you don’t need to redivine. I like to brew before I redivine as well for the def and overheal

Id pick 2 out of your mage stuff and ditch the rest for more supplies you find yourself needing. Take off the crystal armor when barraging

Did you bofa down mager then stack melee+range to barrage

Sip brew just before divine ends, that way you'll keep ranged stat but get more hp per inv slot and some defense. You can also bring a regular ranged pot if you need to brew during kill and repot range

Ended up dropping legs+ mage book and bursting still felt good. Also brought the extra range pot. I think with no mistakes I will be able to get 10kc trips with this setup

Brews you either sip ~when divine is running out or take a regular to repot. I liked pre-potting brew -> restore -> prayer -> divine to be a bit beefier at the start

Swap ring of shadows to explorers, and instead of trollheim tab you can take a ghommals hilt and drop it (can save a space if you wield it with sceptre)

Why should I swap to explorers ring? Is it for the energy restore? Also don’t have hard combat achievements so I can only teleport 5 times a day

Alchs primarily, you can keep using trollheim tabs if you don't have hard CAs yet

Ignore looting when dealing with minions, figure out their attack orders to pray properly asap, after some kc/trips youll be able to figure out during the kril kill for ranger/mager. you will often have plenty of time to loot/juggle food/use altar/etc after killing minions

imo focus on healing blood barraging first

dont focus killing minion when ur 20hp

its slower but while ur blood barraging its much harder to die even if u have to deal with 3rd minion longer

what u did at 1 35 is exactly how u should approach minions after zammy dies imo

u should be able to do closer to 20-30kill trips overall imo with some practice

Finished up the task (no drop). Only thing I dont have down is eating mid fight. In the video they eat on one of the tiles they would attack on. Is there anything else I need to consider when eating

Are you using Karams?

I may be misremembering but when I did it (a couple of years ago) I found that because of the shorter eat delay with karams it was messing me up. I think I switched to mantas or something because the eat delay meant that eating on a certain tile would put me off cd at the right time to stall him

You eat after attacking K'ril after red click. You either click to the end and slam two karams or eat hard food, stop on the attack tile for a tick and walk to the end before attacking
