This seems like pretty bad advice right? the fact that you are taking up an inv slot with a looting bag means you're getting 1 fewer glass in every inventory, and all this "strategy" does is save you one banking action per ~7 (?) invs anyway

It is significantly slower and doesnt save you much time in sandmining/seaweed farming

it's quicker to leave it on the ground, obtain more sand/seaweed and sgm, than it is to pick up 1 molten glass per tick

I think people just don't like the idea of "wasting" something that is right there, and opportunity cost is not as intuitive

Sadly no option to take one out so I empty, drop a log, fill, then pick up the log

As far as I can tell that's the only way to do it, would love to know otherwise, as I incidentally make teak stocks as well.

Two teak logs and two mahogany logs total, one of each in inventory and one of each in bag

That gives you 4 chances, usually that’s enough

Picking up glass messes with the rhythm of sgm too

It is slower to pick up, but only by 1.5%. If you want to pick up glass it isn't the end of the world. Looting bag is terrible

Recommend having a look at the ehp sheet for how much better something is instead of what's the best method. Sometimes there's methods with 200% more APM for 5% better XP and its just shit (Barblore)
