On step 70 of the Bruhsailer guide. It says to collect a few anti-dragon shield from Duke but I am not able to. Wiki says you can after completing the quest but I have not completed it yet. Am I meant to have completed it by this step? I don't recall seeing completing it by now. Think I just have Melzars map piece. I have one shield in the bank. Any help welcome.

You can use the drop-trick method to obtain more shields from Duke during the quest. Drop -> Go through conversation options to receive another -> Drop -> Repeat until satisfied, pick all back up
