yes because the max hit with rcb at 91 ranged is only 44 whilst the dark bow maxes 30+30, so rcb is 11 dmg per tick and dark bow is 12 damage per tick. The spec is also useful

31 max * 1.1 aggression = 34 max
34 max / 2 = 17 average hit
17 * .39 (pious protection stacks with pray mage) = 6.63 average hit on a tank in full justi praying magic
6.63 * 25% blood heal = 1.6575
1.6575 * 150% zuriel staff effect you arent wearing but ideally would be = 2.4825 healing every 4 hits
