#Ironman progression

I have recently returned to playing my ironman. I took a break just before varlamore came out.
I have been looking at Ladlor's chart for progression. It seems the chart requires some serious grinds (like the construction ones or 98 agility or elite karamja/lumby diaries) quite early while delaying some easier ones (like fire cape at around the time you get elite lumby diary) to quite late into the account. This account build is a bit confusing without any context.

How efficient is this guide and is it really the meta for current ironman progression? As far as I see you also entirely skip the new moons gear and barrows and just let bowfa carry you through nearly everything?
I have so many questions atm LOL!

Also I was following oziris v4 until I took the break. I was at 1.5 Diaries and finishing RFD part, doing the quests. From there on I've diverted from the path and started doing mainly giants foundry for 70 smithing and BH/seaweed runs with some tree runs in between to get to 65 farming for medium contracts.

I have some ideas on how I want to progress in the short term but for long term, which is what the chart is for I suppose, I'm a bit confused and would like to know if the chart is in fact a good way to progress my account. Any other tips, tricks or insights are very welcome!

The chart is meta. Moons, barrows, rumours and the other varlamore methods aren't on there because they suck.

I'd highly recommend focusing on farming asap, your farming is low and this will be a major showstopper in the longer run

Oziris loved blackjacking followed by setting that cash on fire, watch out for that. From your stats I'm guessing you already did quite a lot of blackjack, be careful with how you spend that imo since having to go back for even more is not great.

Keep in mind oziris v4 is a cg rush for hcim who want to remake. It is not efficient account progression. If you do follow v4 you'll have a ~500 hour skilling catchup moment immediately after cg

I recommend v3 over v4 for generic progression, though both are years out of date by now and had a number of flaws on release too

thanks! regarding guides, there is no up-to-date and efficient all-round guide available atm for ironmen? Like the oziris v3 used to be back then? I dont mean word for word, but in terms of general progression that prevents bottlenecks or immensely inefficient grinds. One that is a bit more detailed than the Ladlor one.

Bruh&Para’s guide is pretty much the only efficient Ironman guide that will actually have your account more well-rounded from what I’ve seen now days
