I just lost a perfect kill to an "off prayer" range hit when the pathfinder spawned. Is that normal and am I just supposed to camp like 2 tiles away from pathfinder spawn?

yeah but it was a supply drop
and I thought the firework vfx was an indication of a mistake, compared to when you pray properly and there is minimal vfx when the projectile hits you

So I'm pretty sure that projectile isn't supposed to damage you, or at least I don't remember it working like that in ~1500 kills
I do camp within 1 tile movement of the path spawn regardless so I don't lose ticks

yeah I'm new to farming Levi so wasn't sure how far we had to keep the single boulder (from the end of each round) away from the NW pathfinder spawn to avoid relocating it

darn I wish it hadn't been supplies... tinfoil hat grain of salt etc etc, but I suspect there's scripted behavior to where only attacks that originate from the post-enrage piercing prayer can fail perfect, which the plugin doesn't know about
because this exact thing happened to me on my perfect levi CA and I got it anyway (and a perf loot drop)
maybe we could ask a mod to weigh in on the code

I'm pretty sure (>80%) I've been damaged by a projectile like that and still gotten perfect kill drops. No proof, of course but I've been damaged there more than once 😅

Even if you accidentally go too far past the tiles and have to go further to shoot from the back you can still run to that tile so long as you don't lose ticks
It doesn't matter when you choose to stun, you just have to do it from the 2 tiles I have next to each other

Like I saw people just running around from guides made early after release and they don't get hit but even when I just booked it as he got close he still somehow hit me lol
