Parasailer in a written post-bowfa progression guide says, quote:

go to ToA:
350rl until fang + LB
ideally bring both bclaws + VW
hasta + keris, bowfa, and mid-game mage setup

I saw a lot guides when to bgs, when to VW, but how does burning claws play into it? When do you bclaw spec > vw?

Or am I just stupid and bclaws is not burning claws?

I think the claws are very good at toa, especially pre fang. But I've gotten in too many heated debates on both toa and claws before so I'll leave it to others

ive used both vw main/bclaws iron and honestly feel like both are pretty serviceable but tbh like

bclaws imo feel pretty crap at zeb/wardens but it feels rrly good other places

For 350s my understanding is bclaws on kephri + akkha cum phase.

Spam voidwaker specs on akkha pre cum phase during mage.

Ba-ba/zebak, I have no idea which is better.

When you get higher invo bclaws become worse than voidwaker, but as bruh said there's debate on when that threshold is.

Ty for answers! So tldr is to bring BGS + bclaws + VW.

One more question about bclaws specs on cum phase: dont multiple hit splats make akkha jump around faster? Is it best to bclaw spec only as last hit before akkha teleports?

think its still worth in teams maybe a bit not as much id try to bclaw as ur last hit there (1 hasta poke then claw)

in general ppl ive seen complain at akkha about them. but it take 20ticks to walk over to akkha

iirc the burn splats used to impact the movement too, i think they defo fixed this to not be the case

feel like if ppl doing teams u all should just blitz/rush akkha and tank the cum orbs
