If you are averse to brews I liked to bring sharks and some bwans for vard. If you have to eat mid kill go for bwan, but try to heal to full with sharks after.
If you are getting perfect kills you should pretty much break even on sharks from the ones vard drops like that.
I had avernic/infernal/voidwaker and salad blade. With perfect kills and rancour I think I would have to eat 1 bwan maybe 50-60% of my kills.

The boss has a learning curve for sure. So even if you feel like you are playing perfect, you could be missing a ton of ticks.

For voidwaker spec I saw you did it at the end. Id always either do 1 or 2 VW specs at the beginning for the maximum benefit.

Yeah you won't be able to consistently do 2 every other kill though. I tended to just do 2 at the beginning for the start of the trip to prevent any potential overcharging if I had a slow kill
But basically you always want to only send voidwaker specs at the beginning unless you are on your expected last kill of the trip and Regen spec halfway through the last kill.
Reducing vards defence as quick as possible through the guaranteed damage is best

@magic merlin so zulrah is a good source, but dark crabs are my go to food, they also heal 22, and u get tons from wildy content. Callisto masses are most broken content in game for irons, as they use 0 resources ( u probit ruby bolts/restores/range pots) and u get best source of ranarr/snap seeds in game, as well as tons of dark crabs. You can also fish dark crabs in wild with row (i) for better chance at clue scroll, if thats of any interest to you.

Thats a hard questions, but like, you have nightmare staff, snague staff, swamp of the Trident, staff of the dead(kinda bad but cheap to use), dragon Hunter wand?, twinflame staff is kinda very good untill 95+ magic, and i guess Shadow for a megarare is pretty easy to get and you get tons of other weapon on the raid on it,
