Do whatever you want. I'd say no bowfa really only matters for pvm. So can do whatever pvm that doesn't need it. And you have achievement diaries and just skilling to keep you busy

Moons, melee and mage bosses, wildy weapons from revs, voidwaker. Slayer barely needs bowfa too. Or you know just slowly do a few cg's while doing skilling grinds

run some sepulchre so if you decide to go the extremely slow but popular route of barrows into moons at least you will have keys for barrows so it wont be the slowest kc in the world
there is no getting around the fact that cg is the only viable route for an iron atm but if ppl can play chunk locked accounts and kill 200k men in lumbridge then you can skip cg and probably still enjoy the game
and there is a small chance that the new 3t mage staff is strong enough to use in most of the places ud bowfa and also easy to get with demonbane weapons
probably not gonna be much easier in terms of skill than cg tho but maybe they fuck it up

I’m nearly 2200 without a bowfa too, so you can do it albeit some things are a little more painful and slower!
Doing CG taught me a lot about game mechanics however. Just ran dry enough that I decided to stop running it.

I suppose I meant ‘2200 ttl’ more to infer a long & wide variety experience in the game without using the ‘meta’ item
But I also have no patience for CG these days, but somehow have talked myself into thinking some other probably worse/arduous grinds are fine
PvM also fine without bowfa. Not as efficient but totally viable.
Not sure I buy into as far as the Gnomonkey atlatl angle as being near par to bowfa, but funny to remember before bowfa people still managed to do endgame content

I would say it's a stretch if you plan on upgrading further post bofa. I would not want to camp toa for shadow for 150hrs with an rcb.
Skipping bofa is making your life harder, not easier in my experience

from an efficiency stand point, i think the new prays make kills like. 1% faster or something. they cut off like a second each i think? i personally would recommend taking breaks to do other things, but camping titans wont improve CG in any big big way
i remember a thread around when royal Titans released where Ladlor mathed it out, and the increase was incredibly minimal

Prayers aren't gonna be the difference. Record an attempt and analyse and focus on your mistakes. Or post a clip here and let others do it for you

There's a thread on cg, also linked in the faq, with advice. I don't know if it applies to you, but ime quite a few people struggling to get their first kc are trying to run before they can walk. Focusing on the basics helps a lot

Gauntlet performance tracker is a great tool to measure progress as well. After an attempt it tells you how many wrong offensive prayers you had for attacks, defensive prayers, wasted game ticks (where your attack was off cd, but you didn’t attack), tornado/floor hits, etc.
Obviously stuff like tornado & floor hits are clearly evident to you, but the tick usage % & offensive prayer correct usage can be very useful to see info for after an attempt. Plus, once you start getting consistent kills I found it to make the grind far more enjoyable because I would constantly be chasing higher tick usage as I got better
