#Is it worth getting a Felling Axe if I want to level Construction?

Like I see that the Felling Axe handle costs 10,000 bark and that sounds like a lot, it'd be a shame if I went through all that effort on something that wouldn't really help me reach my goal
the vouchers are kinda a trap imo. its really hard to beat the butler method to make planks (getting all the mahagonies from kingdom)
The element ring from gotr + log basket thing + plank sack using the ring to earth alter sawmill etc should be more planks/hr then the butler method of making them
So I would pick up the log basket at least from forrestry if you were training wc that way
felling axe before changes was like 10% xp buff/afk buff in 2hours
idk how long itd take now but i thought that was decent before
i got it in like 2.5h from the world hopping thing on yews
idk if it's worth doing now that they patched it
and e.g. a single teak log is worth a lot more con xp
ye im just looking at it from wc xp
imo just bank logs from kingdom instead of wc them
with the 20% to not get the log
the wc and banked con xp becomes pmuch equal
assuming myth capes ofc
oh wait do the vouchers convert logs u cut straight into planks?
no
they just give an extra plank when turning a log into a plank at a sawmill
or with plank make
you need foresters rations to upkeep it which makes it bad
that is true but if u do redwoods which i think most ppl would its easy
its rrly not hard to make alot of them
disagree
jcw went for it on his ironman maxcape speedrun at 92wc
I got a felling axe for a bingo and even using up my passive leaves it took me an extra 3 hours to gather enough rations for 99 wc
he was doing logout strats to keep in game time low
ahh ye i did forget the leave aspect
I think if you have leaves already its good to make rations but gathering them actively is surprisingly slow
