Long story short I thought I wanted to quit and dropped everything to a main to make me stay away a couple years ago but of course I'm back now. It looks like a bit has changed, how would yall go about rebuilding with max poh max level etc. Literally got nothing

If literarily nothing. Start farming up asap. Hard contracts in farm guild for seeds. Herbs for pots for pvm. Birdhouse runs for nests. CG for starter cash and Bowfa.

Id probably do master farmer thieving for seeds for herbs/pots > cg > godwars for bandos+bgs and hasta then turaelskipping for slayer tasks for your items back like whip trident occult etc > zulrah then toa for shadow > cox for anc and mix in other pvm or something like that

Mole for nests if you need brews as well is good, you also get seeds from the nests

Wb again @tawdry beacon, been a while. As people have already said, work on cg for bowfa+crystal while sending farming contracts+birdhouses for supplies for starters.
