hallowed sepulchre?
i think u would benefit from looking at https://docs.google.com/document/d/1CBkFM70SnrW4hJXvHM2F1fYCuBF_fRnEXnTYgRnRkAE/edit?tab=t.0#heading=h.1z0l0voiyw55

hallowed sepulchre begins at the end of the chapter 2
isnt that the one that tells u to 99 stuff before you get a firecape
I doubt it would be very useful for me
It's optional, but yes
you're planning on rushing sepulchre to 99 agility also (one of the slowest skills to train)
its not much different
there are many optional grinds in the guide that you only benefit and save time from in the long term
if you choose to do them good if not then dont
i thought u deironed
I don't think anyone will have done research into a sepulchre locked iron which has to dodge the efficient methods
the real advice is to follow bruhsailer, if you don't like guides then skim bruhsailer and steal the training methods used when you decide you want to level a skill or make money
yeah with no regrets
but I made an alt with the purpose of experiencing some earlygame pvm and send some stuff in scuffed gear now that im better at the game
im not
just wanna pick up a good amount of ranaars and ppots for pvm
while also leveling a pretty good skill
and also getting some alch money
fwiw, the main obstacle for sepulchre is sotf. The boss fight in there is tough, and I recommend getting piety for it. But it's doable without
generally you're looking at a ballpark requirement of 75-80 combat level in melees for sotf (so stats in the mid 60s)
and then personally I would also aim to have 74 smithing by the time you hit 82 agility, so you can make adamant nails for the bridges
between those requirements, it makes sense imo to push sepulchre back a bit and slot in more early game goals
since 80cb isn't that quick, nor is high smithing which is expensive
with that in mind, the BRUHsailer guide aims for sepulchre early. But it does weave more goals in with these two to get there.
e.g unlocking the best hourlies (farming contracts, bird runs) and a good moneymaker for that smithing (battlestaves)
If you're not iron then just chuck that guide out and optimize for money and then use the money to level skills fast
You're not limited to max 4m GP/hr methods like max eff revs or 2.5m GP/hr at Vork
Higher effective sure but not when you're not iron
Even doing something like pleb Zulrah into pleb Vork into ToA into Nex will be fine
This is all assuming you refuse to use alts, otherwise have your alt make $$$ at whatever passive method while you grind quest cape on deironed acc and then funnel GP to buy skills / gear
why would I ask for main progression on an iron discord and pretend im not a main
im asking for my low lvl iron alt and dont care about whatever main suggestions u have
OK if it's for iron then yea I mean rushing Sepulchre is the move but you have to get skills up for it
What's your plan for the iron
Are you gonna get bowfa or not
If yes, I say BRUHsailer is basically optimized for getting SOTE done ASAP and then SOTF done right after that
rush low lvl pvm like all the varla stuff
I dont have any plans for the acc that go far enough to that point in the game, but if I did get that far, I would probably not grind it out unless I get mega spooned
grinded enh on one account and def not doing it again
Yeah I mean it's hard to give "snowflake acc" advice but probably the main issue with rushing moons is that you want some proper defense level + defensive gear. If you don't wanna go to GWD then you'll have to use Barrows gear or tough it out with torso... basically I mean I dunno what the efficient path is under these set of constraints but I imagine it would probably just be listing out the PVM encounters you want to do, figuring out whatever gear you think is reasonable, and then unlocking those
The moneymakers like Sep won't really be relevant if you don't plan on training skills up too far
the main reason I wanna do sep is purely ppots
the money and agility xp is just a side bonus
Well real-time ppots are pretty low right, it's just that Sepulchre is good effective ppots/hr alongside the GP because ppl go there primarily for the XP
If you don't value the XP very high then micro-optimizing for ppots will be better at master farmers
Again, given that these are the set of constraints for the acc
maybe but spam click thieving is ass and im def not doing that
🤷‍♂️ I mean Sep is like what 380 seeds from 110 hours? That's like 3.5 seeds/hr
I think you could get more than 25 ppots/hr elsewhere
so like 20 (?) ppots an hour?
25 at 99
thats quite alright to me
OK then gl just rush the quests and have like 70s melee for the boss and you're set
Main thing is that you do want the addy nails if you wanna loot for the seeds
So you'll need like 74 Smithing for that
Btw master farmers are legit like what 21+ ranarr seeds/hr? Surely if you just need 3.5 to break even with HS you can just spam-click for 10 mins
It's so much faster
besides it being really unenjoyable, id also have to do cringe stuff like get rogues set and get a ton of dodgy necklac
Well you will have to do some 'cringe' stuff like get 74 smithing for basically just the addy nails for Sep too
And probably like 70 Construction or whatever the requirement is
Might only be 50 to use teak planks with addy nails
Yeah that's what I was saying
Sepulchre is basically a full skiller's route so if you just want ppots just honestly send MFs cuz even with all the setup it's just way faster
No need to chase macro methods for micro goals
Since there's no desire to unscuff the acc and go for end-game raids and stuff
ive thought about getting to the point of doing low invo toa but thats for the future
If you're OK with some higher-level PVM then you can also do ToA tbh as that will give ranarrs and snaps yeah
But tbh if you are scuffed in gear then you should prob do moons first before that
Not like moons uses supplies tho
ive DPS calc'd and seen that atlatl is still somehow worse than rcb with ruby bolts, which is saddening imo
but all the other stuff is quite good so ill probably still press ahead with moons
Ye it is esp if you scale RL but the mage gear could help you
do you know how much banked xp the non uniques give
I have thought about possibly doing a bowfa skip via zcb tho
afaik, all youd really need to do is scuffed toa till fang, scuffed zyliana till acb and then an actually pretty efficient nex grind
Well you'd probably grind Bandos for your BCP and tassets too
And ideally grind Masori cuz if you don't have that then what are you gonna use? Karils? So then you have to fortify it by doing Kree'arra... and then you have to also go grind out like 5k brews...
It's a mess
Errr from which encounter, sorry
mixed hide camp is allowed and encouraged for broke ppl in the server I plan to do it with
Sounds good but brew point stands
not much can be done about that other than to do my birdhouse runs
but again I might just get bored and drop the account right after reaching midgame
Yeah pretty much but the issue is being blocked on toadflax if you don't do a lot of melee nechs, barrage dags, contracts, and ToA
If you full scuff all four avenues then it'll be tight
btw yeah for sure, especially rcb zily is something that I know will suck really hard, but I cant bring myself to grind out hundreds of CG once more so thats that
It's not bad if you're pretty good at PVM, even with Eagle Eye
There's a completely 0-damage method, but you will need to use a few stams
If you're really good you can run-toggle too
But ya all minions can be flicked
btw I imagine the new prayer thats coming up will help immensely too
Yeah a little but obviously still not as good as Rigour
Main thing is just DPS with RCB sucks so you need to learn flicking
do u know any places that allow irons with terrible gear to find cox teams or am I out of luck for rigour
dont feel like doing solo cox because it sounds terribly sad
Uhhh you can try WDR but no idea what their reqs are
I'm sure it's posted in their LFT channel
For this disc you can check #1052632175402565663 for reqs as well
Short of that it'll just be soloing yeah
oh its actually way easier item reqs than I thought
After reading what you said earlier about deironing your primary account and then this… maybe iron mode isn’t for you
I deironed and you tell me over a year later that it might not be for me? lol
That, and it sounds like you want to avoid grinds and take shortcuts on your new iron too
