List of Useful Ironman Shops

Is there a relatively complete list of shops that stock useful items?
The wiki's shop list includes hundreds of shops with 0 stock which is a pain to trawl through

There's only a few items irons want to buy repeatedly. Most stuff isn't bought

What would be these items?

In no particular order:

ores from blast furnace (ordan)
karambwans from tiadeche
battlestaves from mage guild/baba yaga
arrowheads from ranging guild/any slayer master
shafts from ranging guild
feathers from any shop with packs (fishing guild)
seeds for birdhouses from draynor/amelia
vials of water packs from shilo/taverly
construction materials from keldagrim
a lot of misc early game tools/lower level gear/clue items
