For the herblore guild I was planning on burning Avantoes, Kwuarms, and Irits
Will I run into issues super late game if I do this or will there always be other limiters like torstols/amelayse that make it so it doesnt really matter to burn those 3

if you do nex you might, but even that is very manageable

Potions are likely to scale with your Herblore Level, so if you can't make Saradomin Brews for example, you'll either not get any Saradomin Brews or have an extremely rare chance to receive one.
based on the wording it sounds like we might want to burn certain herbs in favor of getting more important ones ie. turning Avantoes into restores or kwuarms into brews
of the "trash" herbs is there any that is hard to rebuild a stack of?

I don't follow. Potions arent that important
near as I can tell, you want to go to the minigame, speedrun through the rewards, and never come back
you use whatever herbs give the highest points to get in and out asap

yeah jagex did a lot of catering over the years
a lot of pvm is supply-positive now
theres like two or three exceptions such as soul runes, and people are whining to get those added too

In my head i was thinking there would be like GWD pet grinds or etc that could nuke your supplies but even the trash seeds like avantoe/irit/kwuarm can be gotten pretty quick from post 99 slayer it looks like

I am not 100% sure but theres a secondary ingredient pouch, and maybe the poh potion storage(?)

There's also the pre-pot device which is unlikely to be efficient to get but sounds like pretty cool qol

also I think the potion of goading secondary will be exclusive to the minigame? Goading sounds very strong for barraging dust devils etc
