with the agility changes that happened not too long ago, would it be worth it to just go ahead and grind the full graceful set now, since canfis is basically the 3rd best place to get the set (and the top 2 are lvl 90 req). would probably help A LOT with walking everywhere for the rest of my ironman adventures.

i feel like time spent now will save an insane amount of time later

#

I haven't read ahead, but i'm assuming there's a setup later to do this step so that you can also fletch or high alch while getting the full graceful, something i don't have ready right now. which is partially why i'm wondering if i should wait or not

you're not supposed to get graceful since it's not actually that useful and you can get it faster later on by force spawning. that said imo screw efficiency and grab it anyway - useful to have the piece of mind

#

also the route makes up for not doing rooftops at all really by grinding 99 fishing very early - you probably don't want to do this

I'd probably just opt out of it entirely

i would recommend moving on to falador once you hit 50 agility instead of camping canifis 40-graceful though

Graceful kinda useless
I haven't touched my set in 5 years except for clue scroll step
Main use is smithing but I'd rather have 650 stams over a full set of graceful any day

650 stams will last for 99 at BF around 2x over anyway so no need to get that many even

Yea but the pathing in the guide has you avoid needing either of these. Basically just refresh run via Ferox Enclave + rebank for your next activity at the same time

#

Dueling rings op!

true, i have like 40 of them in the bank already lol

fwiw i was doing some telekentic chamber this morning and was finding myself running out of run before i remembered to put graceful on. probably could have just taken energy pots though, or maybe just spottier cape+boots of lightness would have done it

silver shadow
#

Dont remember needing energy for that at all

#

You get full energy refilled every 5

#

I guess if you run the full edges instead of just moving 1 tile to the corner you'd use more run

fair lol

if you use the plug-in for it, you should be optimized to never run out. I just did it yesterday

#

I also marked all the tiles with the number step in every single room, so I actually can move before the plug-in because I already know what the next step is before even the plug-in says, basically can tick perfect it

as a bit of a PSA, sorry if this was something you were already aware of:

graceful boosts energy restoration when walking or standing still. So to get value from it you have to actively be not running, which is bad.
The weight reduction is still good, but other items are easier to obtain and give more weight reduction, also if you're below 0kg it has no further impact.
There are a lot of situations where people like graceful but actually it's bad or at least not useful. Energy potions and ferox pool are typically better as well as more accessible because they let you keep running rather than walking. In addition, they don't require a 15hr+ grind to obtain.

All things considered I'd say graceful is somewhat niche, and a very low priority. If you want it go for it, but you are never recouping those hours spent at a low tier rooftop course.

what about for Hallowed Sepulchre? graceful not required for it?

weary prism

no, you can restore energy at the end of each lap if needed

thanks

idle thorn
#

Usually you need 1-2 doses of energy pot per full lap

#

Which is basically nothing

Yeah that's without graceful since he asked if you need it for sepulchre

#

I think you might still need it with graceful, not sure. You don't stand still a lot on floor 5

#

Floor 5 is way longer than 4

#

You never need a pot for floor 4

Yea i use 1 sip per lap on floor 5
