Any advice to speed up my toa runs? running the 40 min timer and I typically end around 38/39 mins, a good run is around 36. I am admittedly mediocre at this content I would say. How fast should I be finishing my runs and any advice on how I can cut down on some time? Thanks

It’s not necessary with keris though you may find it to be a bit more difficult
Assuming you have rigour I think around a 36 minute average is an achievable goal. Make sure you don’t spend much time messing with your supplies/inventory between boss rooms and try to do it during the chill parts of each boss while fighting.

You could probably get sub35 with nhn+ovl off+diet off
Make sure to be on top of swarms at kephri and avoid using keris
Adrenaline at the end of zebak so you get 4x spec for obelisk + zebak

Uncharge your trident after baba to get deaths charge if you aren't already

With no vw, nhn, overlords and haste off I'm averaging 36ish with 3 downs. Supply wise bringing about the same as you and ending with 1-2 spare restores at the end. Bringing pretty much your exact load out except saeldor instead of vw
Typical run has me yellow keris on 1x baba, 1-2x akkha, 1 wardens p1, 0-1 wardens p2

If you replace yellow keris with vw specs and brews/bandages you can easily shave a couple minutes off

You won't be able to 3 down, that's my exact gear setup 1:1 and because you're missing avernic you need to bring feros and tassets for 51 max on Voidwaker
Otherwise bgloves avernic tassets works fine
Feros better value than tassets though
TL;DR - bring feros, bring ultor, bring DDS, bring tent whip -- any of those options work

I take the same gear as OP, but with no tassets, no yellow, add torm.
Divine pot is an easy dps upgrade (assuming you have the herb lvl).

are you blowpiping swarms at kephri? that along with turning off more overlords was the biggest timesave for me

ultor is better than lb on baba and kephri regardless of spec weapon

The main win of LB is being able to get faster keris back for Akkha and also handling 2x keris on haste p1 for pre-shadow
I'll prob entertain using ultor magus in the future

What's the flowchart on when to 2-down vs. 3-down? Running 400s with NHN, no yellow/no VW, ovl on.
