#70 - 83 construction?

I think best is to not use the forestry plank vouches, use kingdom mahoganies, and then make mahogany benches or tables
Thanks. Do you have a rough idea how many planks I would need/ the non-kingdom-upkeep cost would be? Money doesn't feel like an issue rn but I'm trying to plan hah
theres gp information in #1052266500041478246
Appreciate it, I'll check it out
If you want a quick estimate
70 is like ~700k xp
83 is like ~3.2m xp
let's call it 2.5m xp that you need
teaks are 123.3 xp each, mahogs are 140 xp each
do some rounding, call it 125 and 150
2.5m/125 = 20k teak planks
2.5m/150 = 16.7k mahog planks
need to adjust those numbers cuz of rounding
maybe tack on 5% each, so 21k teak planks or 17.5k mahog planks
as for cost, kingdom is ~300 teak logs/day, so 70 days of teaks
alternatively, it's ~225 mahog logs/day, so ~77 days of mahogs
either way that's gonna cost some money, around ~5.5m
If you want exact numbers use the calculator but that should give you a very rough estimate. Highly recommend using these strats to get a quick ballpark figure to see if you have the order of magnitude GP, then if it seems close do a more specific calculation using exact figures
Exact numbers are as follows:
- 20,440 teak planks = ~68 days of kingdom = ~5.09m GP
- 18,000 mahog planks = ~81 days of kingdom = ~6.05m GP
Then you need to add the actual cost of making planks: - teaks: ~12.3m GP (500gp + butler)
- mahogs: ~28.8m GP (1500gp + butler)
So overall, the final costs: - teaks 70-83: ~17.4m GP
- mahogs 70-83: ~34.9m GP
Keep in mind that you can cut kingdom cost by chopping teaks (but not mahogs)
Overall I'd just say set aside 35m GP from CG and then send 83 once you have the logs banked
does the banked exp calc base it off of mahogany homes?
you can configure what source it uses
but if its thinking you use steel bars for construction then yes
aah yep, the teak planks were detected as mahogany homes but not the mahogany itself
