#Can I reasonably do CG (not farm it)?

I apologize, I know this question is asked incessantly on this forum. I am sure the answer is probably yes, I am just wanting to make sure my logic is sound.

I just completed SOTe and I have a 100k cash stack. I know I am not quite ready to lock myself in the prison, but can I reasonably get enough KC to get my cash stack up to ~5-10m? I plan on using Melee and Mage. I want the cash to finish 83 construction, and get an altar, before I work on my mage level through burst/barrage only slayer. And I also plan on hunting to get my range level up.

I have never done CG. However, its been a accouple of years I seriously PVM'd (quit RS for over a year after maxing main, and having kids, started my iron seriously at the beginning of this year). But when I last played my main I had 17 inferno KC, was able to solo no prep cox, etc... So I have some foundational PVM knowledge, just gotta shake the rust off.

from what I read so far get 87, 89 or preferable 92 range for new max hits with eagle eye.

I understand thats preferred, if I was to be locking myself in long term. I am just looking to get enough KC to farm some GP to finish off a few other grinds before I lock myself in.

if you chin up your range wouldn't take that long and would make life easier I guess

if you already completed sote, just try some to get some kc and find out if you like it this way

you can easily kill hunlef with mage melee with your stats

forcing those weapons wont be fun though, nor is it very good time wise

generally I'd consider alternatives to CG for a cash stack

CG is good because it gives the bowfa and armour

@final gale I did range mage perfected weapons, search up 0b1s on high scores and just look at my stats when my HCIM died that’s what I did it with
