#voidwaker (stab) vs. hasta in ToA

I plan on going for voidwaker after I get bowfa/hasta to use for ToA and subsequent pvm. Assuming standard starting ToA gear (bandos, bowfa, etc,) would it be worth it to just ditch the hasta altogether? Voidwaker is +70 stab accuracy/80 melee strength. Hasta is +85 stab accuracy/75 melee strength.

I'd imagine the accuracy would help the most with Ba-Ba, but haven't calced anything, to me it seems like even if it's a little less DPS, it's worth just dropping the hasta. (Keep keris for kephri). Thoughts?

Obviously still need to get the hasta in the first place to kill wildy bosses.

I think that's quite a big drop, but you can check a dps calc to be sure

#

you don't melee all that much in toa. Akkha a third of the time and then the bullet hell, ba-ba unless you bowfa, some baboons in the ba-ba puzzle, and then a keris for kephri

The thought of bringing keris/voidwaker/hasta/bgs just seems a bit troll to me.

I don't see much of an issue with it tbh

I don't see why not

I'll calc it, prob work considering if tassets give a max hit or not too with voidwaker. That could make it worth it. Pretty much swapping tassets for hasta.

I would probably not carry tassets even if it's a max hit

#

but at the end of the day your own calcs are going to be most useful

Yeah I probably should have just calced it. But wasn't sure if someone has already tried it out/calced it themselves

VW is just a replacement for DDS

Can easily do 320s in this gear, and even probably 350s if you're not losing time like I am
