which thrall do i use for different monsters? is it as simple as using the same attack style that i am using?
for ex. do i use a range thrall for monsters that i am ranging? would i use green thrall for majority of cox?

thralls ignore defense rolls, so the style actually doesnt matter
the melee one has to walk up so its generally worst
the mage one is technically slightly superior to the range one as the hitsplat occurs one tick earlier in its cycle (the projectile time is 1t lower)
some enemies have specific weaknesses, resistances or vulnerabilities and then you need to use an appropriate thrall. But 95% of the time you can just click mage

yeah, people usually give up on thralls there or just click mage and hope it works out
I normally click "the style akkha will be weak to next" but its not a great solution
