I'm only 65 combat 40 slayer. Trying to get my combats up and also my slayer. Should I turael tasks until I get my points up or should I go highest slayer master to maybe get more combat xp?

Ideally you delay training slayer as long as possible. Much easier to train combats on low HP mobs like crabs / NMZ when you're a bit higher if you ever have AFK time. If you really want to do slayer though, you can either camp Chaeldar at 70 combat or Turael boost with Konar at 75 combat

Konar isn't reccomended below 95 slayer for any situation except for 50/100 task streaks.
