#early farming/herblore question!
1 messages ยท Page 1 of 1 (latest)
in general I'd start by doing tithe farm to 62 farming (you can either boost the first few levels or train/quest to 34+ first)
and then do medium contracts from there to get seeds for herblore
Ye i think getting ur farming lvls up is the big thing
It makes a big diff on how many herbs u get and also ur main source of herb seeds is contracts anyways ( until u get to reasonably high slayer)
From there once Iโm like 62+ farming. Is there certain herbs I should be doing so I can train herblore efficiently or anything ?
I just started kingdom as well (750k) and adding 75k ea day
The farming guide in Ironman resources has some details and reasoning behind what herb you farm and why and in what order.
I'd recommend reading or at least skimming the entire thing, it helped me a lot
dont run kingdom at that stage, its a waste of money. Definitely don't run it on herb imo
if you really want to 10 hardwood 5 maple is not the worst
in general herb runs are good if you have good transportation. I personally consider resurrect crop the bare minimum before herb runs are decent enough, though you can always do some casual runs to get potions as needed
Oh boy. I was following oziris guide on it where you take out the 750k on the 7th day. I wonder if I should cancel it and take out the 750? Iโve been running it for two days now.
I would highly recommend focusing on not doing a lot of herb runs while your transportation and supporting stats are low
yes take out your money asap
and swap to that allocation before collecting
itll work retroactively
Ok! So far I have 58 mage , ardy1 , ecto, fairy rings so on transportation I think Iโm okay?
I would not use an ardougne cloak or ectophial for herb runs
resurrect crop is 78 magic
there's a farming guide in #1052266500041478246 ๐
Okay. Thank you bro ๐
fishing cape is fine as well
So much to learn going from main to iron lmao
i find cabbage patch is the most annoying to get to without any teles
if you do not have quick teleports to certain patches consider skipping them and just doing shorter runs
also a lot of people farm allotments for some reason, you can win a lot of time with no noticeable downside by not doing that
just a few harvestfilled watermelons as needed for ultracompost
i felt so liberated when i stopped farming vegetables
for a while i was stuck in almost an infinite loop
doing farming contracts/herb runs including all allotments/bird runs/seaweed runs
it took so long there was almost no downtime ๐
oh thats another noob trap, seaweed runs before 76 farming. Don't do it
but yeah allotment farming is a near complete waste of time
im not really sure why so many people do it
same with low tier tree runs, especially regular trees
