Hey, so I am following Oziris guide and I finished the get 2.4m gp from thieving, but I saw that he wants to get 1.4m gp again later on in the game, I was wondering if I'm fine skipping this, and what specifically the money is for. Is it just for con levels + runes + kingdom?

yeah unfortunately oziris is really wasteful with the money early game, spending it on e.g. nature runes and kingdom

you're much better off deviating from that

i just did gotr for a while, im not even done outfit actually but i already have a pretty sizeable stack of like laws/nats etc

id avoid misc in full and simply not buy the nature runes, oziris wastes them all on superheat

#

the whole process of mining iron ore, superheating it and making darts is a complete waste

What would I be better off doing? Just doing the mining + smithing in conjunction with one another? Like not doing superheating just banking ores then smithing them?

no

#

mining and smithing are pretty much completely unrelated

#

id train mining through sandstone, sulphur or perhaps gems

#

and smithing through silver, gold and possibly some low tier bars as needed
