What keybinds do you guys use?

I tried googling a bit, but couldn't find shit, so here I am. Personally I use wasd for camera movement, but that's about the only setting I've changed, I'm quite new, so haven't set up any keybinds for my inventory and spellbook etc. What do you guys use? There's no way everyone's running around clicking the F-keys right?

I still use the old default layout from like rs2, lol. F1 Inv, F2 Worn Equip, F3 Pray, F4 Mage book, F5 Spec and F6 I do logout menu for wildy content

Eventually you'll get used to it
(or basically have to get used to it)

Content like demonics will force gear + prayer changes at irregular intervals
(RNG based on hits)

So getting used to using F-keys to swap back and forth will become handy. I learned a lot at demonics and CoX (specifically vanguards). Zulrah is a bit of a stepping stone as well, though the changes come at more regular intervals

I also recommend eventually ditching WASD (or at least supplementing it) with camera mouse spin. It's kinda hard to spin the camera with your left hand on WASD when they're on F-keys to deal with prayers, so instead using the right hand to spin the camera via mouse proves to be very useful

Sometimes I still use WASD if I'm 1t flicking and thus my right hand is locked. This is usually when I'm rotating the camera towards the next NPC in Inferno while flicking the current one

I do F1 magic, f2 inventory f3 prayer or prayer and magic is switched i cant remember its all muscle memory at this point but after those 3 none of the others really matter in my experience

Ye u just need keybinds for inv, pray, spellbook at the basic level
But ideally also keybinds for equipment and attack styles
Cuz take-offs + changing attack styles are a thing (e.g. shadow olm)
And ofc it's way easier to do piety -> spec bar than it is to click spec orb

I started with only inv + prayer at the beginning actually. Then later added spellbook, and then equipment, and finally only attack styles recently (I used spec orb for 5 years)

F1 bag, f2 gear, f3 prayer, f4 magic, f5 combat, f6 log out.

Remapped mouse to have shift, escape, space, camera angle, and world hop.

But it seems I'll have to take you guys' advice and try to get used to these damn f-keys

Dw just take it one step at a time
As I said, it's p much mandatory to use F-keys for prayer and inv
Everything else you can just add in slowly

(I mean it's not actually mandatory but it's very helpful to suddenly react and change prays if something unexpected happens)

used to play on a subcompact keyboard so f-keys not an option :p

but yea anything works, as long as u have keybinds and are not dragging ur mouse to individual tabs IMO

esp once u memorize position of spells/prayers @ op

I use the runelite remapping plugin to have my F keys positioned around wasd, which controls the camera. I often move camera while using mouse to click switches etc in PVM so this setup works very well. Good luck.
