Your other option is to complete two raids

bowfa is an ironman handout item. you get a tbow quality item at somewhere in the 1/6 to 1/10th of the time
if ur gunna skip it you probably want to do a shitload of slayer before starting any pvm -> go do toa to completion at the start for masori and shadow
you can fang zb warden p1 at toa, once youve got a fang go to hydra, go do some crappy chambers of xeric for dex -> go finish up toa
but people who really are capable of sending v high invo toas with melee warden and such are just gunna go do cg most likely.
alternatively you can do megascales and just start your account with a tbow. none of these things are easier than just doing cg.
you probably want to just do cg and not lock yourself there- go do raids1/3 with crystal armor cbow if you go dry, etc

Crystal bow vs bowfa is probably 20% ish at zebak which is a 0 resource kill anyway right? Fang seems unnecessarily sweaty

yeah if you have crystal bow and armor thats fine. its what like 40 max hit with dex vs 46?
if you have no crystal armor though fang over bp/rcb would prob be worth the effort
if ur gunna send 300 cg on rate for armor though... just get the bowfa

idk maybe thats the play. like once i got shadow and masori crystal 100% in the bank for chambers
strongly preferred it there, so i guess if your toa raids are decent you could just hard camp

bp rune / amethyst is barely better ( ~5-10% ) than crystal bow and 5x sweatier
d darts are close to bowfa
