I've had a good read through that, which as I understand it is telling me I'm a lazy little fucker and just need to be planting in all herb patches (preferably on Arceeus spellbook) and just do them on the hour every hour.

nah the on the hour part is completely up to you

unlocking good patches is important though, and not using the arceuus spellbook is a big waste

as an aside I wouldnt put misc on herb, thats kind of a waste of money at low level

you can also get decent herblore xp from barbarian fishing

If you have downtime when fighting then mixed can be used as 2 mixes are slightly higher healing than 4 dose+food

You just need to figure out how to cancel their downside, attack delay

I used to try to find a use for them for so long
