I’d try this and upgrade/downgrade where needed. Prioritize range defense whenever possible and magic attack when that isnt. Antidotes can be downgraded to supers, I just didnt have any in bank for photo

its likely youll have a lot worse gear than that, power or magic ammy, no boots/neitz/ring/bgloves. bring noted gold bars and alches too as rex downtime is significant

youll want to make sure you arent too badly negative, like -35 ish or better

basically 40 def+ a rune piece or two and an ibans staff and ur good to go, anything above that is bonus.
