Need help polishing my Modpack

Free or paid, id love to talk to someone first and help them understand my needs, Its a passion project so no exact budget in mind but I can pay for work.

I would prefer to find someone who would want to work on the project together but know that is a more difficult ask.

I'm looking for someone who has worked on a few modpacks, knows most mods out there generally. and can help with optimization, quest making, and help me better understand my own vision for the pack and what is possible. I don't have much coding knowledge and have been working on this myself for about 1 year
