Added Nuzlocke Mode to Cobble Souls!

What is a Nuzlocke?*

How does it work on Cobble Souls?

/warp PokeCenter, talk to Melina, and enable Nuzlocke Mode by talking to her.

• Once you start the Nuzlocke Mode, every Pokemon you catch or receive from defeating Gyms, will receive the Nuzlocke Tag.
• Every Pokemon that faints during a Nuzlocke Gym, will die.
• When you lose ANY Nuzlocke Gym Battle, your Nuzlocke Progress will reset and all PC and Party Nuzlocke Tagged Pokemon, will also die.
• You can only catch one Pokemon per biome. Should you attempt to catch another, it will evaporate.
• You cannot use Pokemon that were acquired outside of Nuzlocke Mode against Nuzlocke Gym Leaders.
