So in this game I noticed you throw out a lot of special movies and rarely use your normals. Those are stronger but also laggier as you're vulnerable for a longer time after and are more prone to be punished. You use side b a lot to go in and usually are able to hit people but tend to get hit after hitting those people yourself. What you could do to limit the risk of taking damage is zoning with forward airs or back airs when you're at the edge of the stage trying. That way if you hit someone you should be able to shield or run away in time before someone else can hit you. Keep in mind your moves stale and get weaker as you continue to use them repeatedly, so if you spam side b or neutral b then they won't kill as early as they would normally. That's why generally it's better to use your normals and aerials. Same for smash attacks and other strong moves, try to save them for when you can kill people. A lot of this also comes down to knowing your moves and your opponents options, I noticed a few times you would charge neutral b and get hit before firing it because the opponent was close enough to react. An example of why powerful moves are best not spammed since they're laggy. Try to use falling down with an aerial to engage a fight, be sure not to combo people too hard in a free for all because people will interrupt you and punish.
Would also do you well to learn combos but I assume you were on random so greninja might not have been your best character.
