To me this is more significant, not only does it tell us about another renowned pirate from Roger's era but also adds history to Impel Down. Uta's silhouette in-comparison feels like a dogbone for people who watched the movie to be like "oh i know who that is!"

But i'll end with this. Ultimately I don't think either Shiki or Uta are groundbreaking characters who have contributed a lot to the overall story. But for Shiki I can get behind it cause his mention is intriguing to me, and I like Chapter 0 more than Uta's involvement in the canon. I believe if Oda didn't have some significant plan with Uta, he should've just given her the Z treatment.
